Great coffee and hot chocolate
I ordered coffee yesterday and young man forgot to put in the expresso. I went back today and it is not as good as my first experience last year. I am thinking it may be training or employee turnover issues so I gave a 3star instead of two star. I also tried the Del City Location and machiotto was not good. Product is not matching the price.
First impressions are everything. Asked for sweet and low in drink, drove off and got none.

Absolutely love this place! Not only is the coffee amazing, but the interior is so cozy! The baristas are always so sweet! Especially Makenzi!!! Told her to surprise me with a coffee and it was great! 100000% recommend coming here!

I love jitters so much, but their prices have nearly doubled over the last 2 months. A large drink is nearly $7, yes its good but just expensive. I wish they would come back down a little.
