After a long day of travel in SE Oklahoma, I saw Scooters and knew it would be a great rest of my day! I was not disappointed! The staff was extremely friendly and the young staff member at the window was beyond cheerful, friendly, and kind! Like made my frustrating day much, much better! Americano was hot and strong and my mango/ice smooth hit the spot! Will return on my next trip to Hugo!
Could you be anymore stingy with your cold foam, coffee looks like tea as well. Can see right through it. Coffe is about as sad and in disarray as the state of Oklahoma
Every item I have tried is delicious, they're always friendly, and they always offer my dog a pup cup.

The crew working here is always so welcoming when I stop by! I got a Peanut Butter Crunch Blender & a Birthday Cake Bite for a little afternoon pick-me-up and they did not disappoint. This location hasn’t been open too long, so I really appreciate the consistency in their service and drinks. Stop by when you’re in Hugo, if you haven’t already! I believe this is a woman-owned franchise location as well. Affordable Drive-Thru ONLY Food & caffeine-free options available
Rude. Shockingly rude. I asked for only 2 shots of the 3 that was supposed to come with the large because I am breastfeeding and can't have more than that. I asked since I was not getting that shot if they would charge me for a medium and then add the oatmilk charge to that. I got a straight "no ma'am" and that was it. No sorry, or not allowed to alter, just a no and done. They didn't top my latte off when it was almost an inch below the fill line. They said "no ma'am" saying they measured out 12 ounces of milk for my 24 ounce latte and that is the appropriate amount. I asked is it lower because it didn't have the shot? And they said probably and then shut the window in our face. I would have just gotten a medium since I only wanted more oatmilk to balance out the shots. If they had been kind in their response I would have not been bothered, but they thrive on being rude is the feeling you get. Never coming back. First and last time at a Scooter's. Latte had way to much syrup. Can't even taste the coffee. Would have been nice to have had those 4 ounces of oatmilk to fill the cup to balance it out. Black coffee did not have any flavor. Paid $10.80ish for a large oatmilk latte with toffee nut syrup and a large black coffee. Prices are a bit over the top.

It was amazingly awesome, the service was great and very friendly. Can't wait to go back.

We're from out of town and this place was great! Loved getting some good coffee this far from home! Staff was friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were ready as soon as we drove around. There fast and good at what they do!!
The latte tastes like hot milk. Very disappointing
My first experience sucked!! I went 08/29 @ approx 6:40.. They said I had to back out... that a car was stuck and they couldn't take anymore orders🤷🏽♀️
I really like getting their coffees and drinks but for two large drinks since they have opened were $12.85 and the last two weeks they charged me 13.09 then 13.10, which isn't a huge deal but it is when you ask for a manager to call you back and never get a call back and or when they can't tell you why the price is wrong and won't fix it. It's enough annoyance for Me to not be a regular anymore and I'd rather just wait and drive to Paris's scooters and this location will even give me a receipt when I ask where hugos won't give me a receipt.
The service was super fast and the drink I got was fantastic!

🌟 These ladies get 5 Stars 🌟 They are a wonderful representation of the youth of Hugo, OK. Beautiful young women with gracious, effervescent personalities. Plus the bonus....decaffeinated espresso!! So far, I've had their carmeliscous muffin, cinnamon roll and a breakfast muffin; all were warm and delicious. I hope the community welcomes them here. Yippee Ki Yay! 🐢🕊💗
