This is one of the cutest spots I've been in. The people were very pleasant, and there's plenty of cute things to buy. Food was great as well.

Nice little restaurant The food was good. It looks kind of expensive but the prices were good, especially for the quality of the food. I had the meatloaf and coconut cream pie. It was all delicious.

Kind of pricey for the level of place but good food and a nice walk through the store is worth the stop.

This one of those places that looks quaint, however, it's a beautiful place. It's a relaxing atmosphere with good people come for home cook food and their desserts are amazing.

First off, the food here is amazing. Emily's Tea Room isn't always open like most restaurants, they're open for lunch only and that makes visiting here much tougher for us. So if I'm in the area, hungry, and free to visit, I usually will. All that being said, my last two visits have left me less than satisfied. The special this last time was Salisbury steak with green beans and mashed potatoes. I ordered two of them to go, paid, and then walked around the shopping area while waiting for my food. Lori bought a pair of socks from the shop and we grabbed our food and headed home. On our way home, Lori opened her to-go box and found her order was wrong. She checked mine to find the same problem. Salisbury steak, a huge salad without the ordered dressing, and CORN! A mountain of corn in both of our boxes. No potatoes, no green beans, no salad dressing. I called to investigate what had happened with our orders. They ran out of green beans and potatoes. They didnt tell us at all! They did not offer us any options or a refund. They simply substituted our order with what was on hand and charged us like we got what we ordered. This isn't acceptable to do. If I go somewhere and order anything, anywhere, I get what I pay for. It is never okay to make a substitution without asking the customer first. Emily's Tea Room dropped the ball on this one and I'm still amazed at first their presumptuousnous and second their audacity. BOOO

They didn't have smaller cheeseburgers on menu, bottom bun got soggy because fat pickle slice they put on plate, would have liked fries instead potato chips.

Go any day that they have the pot roast as their special. It will remind you of Sunday dinner at your grandma”s. After eating the pot roast, my uncle asked if the cook was married. When they answered that she was, he asked if it was a happy marriage.it was that good!. He would been a homewrecker if that is what it took.
