I'm not really one for fancy coffee, and honestly I have to say I am one of those people that like a little bit of coffee with my heavily flavored sweet creamer, but I went in and asked for a pretty sweet hot coffee and the girl directed me to what I think she called a Cinderella and I actually liked it so I'm pleased.
Sometime in January I received less than stellar service and left a bad feedback. The manager got in contact with me and handled it very professionally and listened to my concerns. I highly commend Danny for going the extra mile to right a wrong. I hereby retract my 1 star rating and will change it to 5 stars. Thanks again Danny
These here youngsters are working hard they're very courteous and professional! Now I'll tell you you will pay a little more for some quality but it's worth it! I gave the food A 4 because I don't really eat there but the food that I had is pretty good.

Cool people work here! Just need to move handicap parking closer to the end of the ramp because of the gravel, but other than that, it's an awesome place.
An experience you would not expect im Duncan, Okla., a place dedicated to coffee and snacks well capable to compete with the large franchises. The coffee is great, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast cookie, which tasted awesome and kept me going well through lunchtime.

This place is a "Starbucks" but the food and drinks are not as good. The prices are the same as far as expensive. I ordered a peppermint latte that was extremely dark and bitter that didn't taste anything like peppermint. Their white chocolate mochas are a little better but still bitter. The customer service is friendly enough but they seem tired and worked all day Christmas (which I thought was kinda sad). Also I understand tips are appreciated but you shouldn't ask people for them, especially if they are going through the drive thru. 🤔

Good Service and the coffee I ordered was acceptable. However, Viridian just doesn't have the sense of community that Jitters Coffeehouse has and I only patronized Viridian because Jitters was closed at the time I wanted coffee . I prefer getting coffee at an establishment that has a more hometown feel versus a commercial feel and Viridian just never feels like home for me personally.
