Love love love the coffee and vibe here! The coffee doesn't taste burnt and such fun varieties of other drinks as well. Huge kudos!
I like Dutch bros coffee from other locations, im sure this one is good as well. I waited in line for 20 + minutes and had to leave. There were only 3 cars ahead of me. This is not the first time I've tried to get coffee here. This location needs an outside order taker.
Coffee is okay, the people working there are super sweet BUT they are not very efficient!! Line was not long at all about 4 cars in the line and ended up waiting 30 minutes for a coffe it’s ridiculous!!!! I thought it was just their thing but i went to a different one and i waited like 10 minutes with a much longer line. This location really need to find a more efficient way because it’s absolutely ridiculous how long you have to wait.
Love the kids that work in OWASSO, they are sweet and Very helpful
I only go here when i have nothing to do. Good coffee but the wait time is excessive I only had 3 cars ahead of me and waited 15mins for my coffee. Employees are always kind and helpful

Soooooo!! Freaking good. Remember use both lanes. While they make drinks the interaction with window to customer so don't get fussy at them. Good vibes and relax. Hustle and go go go then go to Starbucks please. Have a great day

Honestly I didn’t think anyone could ever have a slower drive through than whataburger, but this place has got it figured out. If there’s more than 3 cars in the drive through you may as well just leave if you’re in any type of rush
Your staff was awesome very personal and service was the best too. Went on a Sunday a very nice young lady took our order had to wait on a 2 truck and trailers to get out of the drive thru to get our order. You might wait to put up a sign to say no truck and trailers in drive thru. They are way to big and long to be in line. But for the most part awesome staff on a Sunday morning in collinsville oklahoma.
Love Dutch Bros! They have a wide selection of sodas, teas, coffees and energy drinks. My favorite is the Golden Eagle with extra caramel drizzle. Also, the sugar free double rainbow was delicious as well.

This location has the absolute best service. The employees are always so kind and make sure my order is right. I love asking for recommendations and what they love to drink and I’m never let down. Tonight I went bc I had a horrible day mentally and needed a pick me up treat. I got a snickerdoodle iced coffee, I hadn’t tried it before and the broista decided to give me the drink for free. I cried hard bc of the day I had. It was what I needed. Love this location and the service

So many options to choose from. Kid friendly. Quick service. Small, but nice patio area.
Absolutely love their coffee. It's consistent, delicious and tastes the same every time, unlike Starbucks. The only issue is their ordering process takes FOREVER. They are not time efficient and customers end up waiting in line for over 15-20 minutes for a single coffee.
Definitely does not have the dutch bros vibe.. employees don't know their menu and Definitely don’t care about customer satisfaction. Paid for extra things for my coffee that they tried talking me out of or forgot to put in... I'm sorry Owasso you deserve better service than this.. I've been going to dutch bros since 2012 in CO, NM, AZ and this experience was sad and embarrassing for them.
First and last time customer. Pulled into drive thru at 7:47am and was greeted by a young man taking orders. There were only about 5 cars ahead and, seemed to be moving smoothly. I ordered my drink and a breakfast item and then frustration began to set in not long afterwards. There were two vehicles who received their iced drinks and left the line (which was totally fine), the frustration was because the Owasso Police Officer sat at the pick up window for a minimum of 10 minutes and what appeared to be, one of the workers leaning out the window talking. FINALLY she handed him a tall iced coffee. Then, the car in front of me had to wait for their coffee for a while and then I got to the window and mine wasn't even made! They seemed to have absolutely NO CLUE what was happening as they handed me my coffee they wished me a good day....almost without my breakfast item. I finally pulled out of the drive thru at 8:18am! SERIOUSLY! This location has a LONG WAY to go before beating Starbucks!!!!
