This place is great. If you like coffee, Scooter's is the place to go. The Carmalicious was DELICIOUS.
Scooter's is definitely one of my faves. They have a great selection of their standards. I love the Caramelicious coffee, blended or hot, and the Maple Waffle Sandwich...which is just to die for with it's salty/sweet savory flavor. They also have fun seasonal items. Staff is always wry friendly and helpful. "Go ahead and scoot on around to the window." 😀
Always receive great service. My blended carmelicious is neat and made exactly as expected. This scooters location Is my go to after dropping my children off at school. Love the morning staff!
Doesn't have the "variety" like starbucks but the drinks are always HOT (or cold) and your order is always right on point and fresh.Their Maple Waffle Sandwich is THE BEST! their food is always piping HOT!
I got my mother the Matcha Green Tea smoothie add fruit(mango). The second time I picked her up a MGT, yesterday 12/17/22, hers got really sick, the large MGT add mango was the only thing she'd consumed that day; right after she drank it all gone she got upchuck sick twice, says still felt very badly afterward but the feeling passed after she prayed and prayed. The prepper put ice in this one that I did not request, she didn't like ice in it. This Scooters does not give or offer you a purchase receipt. Their smoothies are made with ice cream, just a heads up if you're highly dairy intolerant, we've never heard of ice cream used as a base for smoothies, but my mother still likes them. She says the smoothie she got sick after consuming was good, but made her sick.
If you want a cold n tasty coffee treat then I recommend the Caramel Blender with a shot of espresso here. They are very consistent on the flavor everytime. Hands down my favorite coffee drink out of all cold Frappuccinos I've ever consumed in my lifetime.

Hot, friendly and always tasty!
No fault of the employees, but no ice AT ALL. So no iced drink, no blended drinks, no smoothies, literally most of the menu inacessible . Why even be open? The franchisee needs to get it together, the ice machine should've been prioritized and fixed within the hour.
The service at this and most locations I’ve been at is always positive and very friendly. The treats for puppers is a great surprise! But I paid almost 6 dollars for a soggy somehow extremely hot and cold maple waffle sandwich. The cheese wasn’t melted, waffles soggy and falling apart but still very warm? Overpriced for what it is meal wise.
This is the worst Scooter's. Maybe I have high expectations after living in Bellevue where Scooter's was started and they always made the experience great. Every time we come here, the employees seem rude and lazy. They don't pay attention to your order, if you ask for no whip, you get whip, and if you ask for whip, you don't get it. If you try to ask questions or have them add your points, they say they can't or just close the window in your face. I don't know why I keep giving them additional chances. The coffee is not worth dealing with their attitudes.

Yesterday order 2 med and 1 large. Asked her if the large was a large. She said yes it's a large but is the same size as a med! Went today price was 7 something. And she gave me 10 and some change. What is going on. Never had a problem but has been for the last few days!

I really like scooters so i was very disappointed when i was in a hurry and got my coffee i later found out when i got to work that it was lukewarm. What i ordered was a hot coffee with an extra shot and ended up with a lukewarm coffee that i had to throw away. Didnt have time to go back and get a refund or a correction on my order. Waste kf money sadly. I go here quite often so i may have to find another place to go.
So the Scooters in mid town has always been pretty much in and out never a wait,and good friendly service
