This place is never open. I stood here for 20 minutes starting at 11, thinking maybe they ran the the bathroom. Nope. Other people were inclined too. A lady came up to me and said the guy that opens it is a joke and treats his workers bad so he has a high turn over rate. Really bad for business.
This place is NEVER open. If there is actually someone standing behind the counter, they are cleaning up and won’t make anything because they are closing.
More expensive than Starbucks and not even close in quality to Starbucks

always something wrong. today (sunday) they closed at 5:30 and i walked up around 4:10 but claimed they were closed. never had their coffee/chillers before and wanted to try but nevermind.
Really nice employees super clean store
Straight coffee here is terrible. Do not order an espresso, I'm nit really sure what it is they give me but its too much water and no to very little crema. Not a coffee place to visit. I can say that their blended drinks are not bad. I don't drink those so just not my place.
The prices doubled this week! Last week an ice coffee was $2-something. This week $4 even! I mean, $4 for an iced coffee! Obviously they are trying to kill their business.
I used to come here every day. I sincerely love Gloria Jean's; however I feel like the way my drink tastes depends on the day or on who makes it. As crazy as that sounds, it's true. And while I like to think I'm adventurous once in a while, when it comes to my iced vanilla coffee, I didn't realize how many variations to this drink there were. The workers are all fantastic, nice, and friendly people; I would just appreciate a little more consistency in their product.
