I went in and ordered a hot chocolate add a cookie. when I tasted it tasted like old cookies. so I call the manager which is the owner She was very adamant that they were fresh cookies and they only keep their cookies for 3 days. So she told me that she put my name by the register and I would get a free once I said OK thank you. so I went in to get my replacement The lady at the register said there's no name with you for a free anything. I said OK when's the manager gonna be in . She said this afternoon. so I called back later and the girl that answered the phone very nice girl help me out she said I'll call the manager and I'll call you back I said OK she called me back and says the manager said she'll give you half off are you gonna give me a 1/2 off when I paid full price I well never go back .🤔🤔🤔
Fast food of coffee, good but not the same as a private run coffee shop.
First time experience was great! The coffee I got is the best I've ever had and same for the sausage egg cheese bagel. 150% delicious I will be returning for more ! The Associates taking ur order are very friendly and patient and kind. This is we're you wanna go for coffee!!! F****ing amazing 💯

The best Biggby coffee I have ever been to staff is always nice, friendly and everything's always made correctly. I love that the owner is engaged in her business and she values her customers and employees
This place is amazing. I go in all the time when I come home and Emily is by far my favorite barista she is so nice and always has a smile on her face. Everyone here works fast is so polite and always brighten up the day. Keep up the good work!!!
Great coffee and all the staff are incredibly friendly.....everyone always asks how my day is going and what plans are for the weekend.....just a really pleasant place to get my coffee
Nice place. Years ago, I never liked their stuff. But the moon drink, chilled, with mango and caffeine? Changed my mind. A perfect drink for the rest period riding my motorcycle.
Love coming here. Best lattes in town. Super nice staff and great selection. Menu is pretty easy to understand. Not the cheapest but I'm telling you it's worth it. P.s. better than Starbucks.
