This place discriminates against whoever they want whether it be a customer or an employee. Takes the words of others, instead of getting a meeting together between certain parties involved. If there's an issue with an employee instead of contacting them immediately they wait almost a week. Management lacks training as they do not care about what happens in this store, along with a few employees and contacting the corporate office doesn't do any good either to try to ask questions on specifics, it's all about the money and not family oriented like it states. A few of the employees lack training on their customer service skills. LACK OF TRAINING OR LACK OF HEAD COUNT! I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND, OH WAIT EXCEPT FOR THE ONE THAT THEY WANTED TO NOT KEEP IT AT CORPORATE LEVEL.
My uncle went in last night to get gas he pre payed $100 for gas because he didn't know how much it would hold with sierra as he was walking back out to his car he was chased down by kevin yelling at him telling him he needed to pay he literally had just payed. Kevin was very hateful with him and treated him badly he felt that he was being treated badly because he doesn't speak very good english. Sad that he was harassed by a guy that doesn't even seem like he knows how to do his job.

the lady working that made my milkshake had her hair up, she was scooping the ice cream and her hair fell in my cup. then made my sister a sundae and didn’t wash her hands then touched the brownie.
Super bad customer service. I was second in line, no chance I missed someone and cut so when I stepped up the woman literally standing behind me strated scoffing and the cashier rolls her eyes at me and shugged at the lady behind her. I would have had to pass her to cut in line and if I had done that on accident how come neither said anything to me? As I was walking out I realized they knew each other. How uncomfortable I felt and unprofessional the cashier was.

I guess you can’t get a milkshake after midnight. Staff seems to pick and choose how lazy they can be. They don’t close until 1am
well maintained restrooms, shop and gas pump area. i don't normally review gas stations, but i was impressed with this place. great work and great workers!
Great ice cream! The 75 candles with cotten candy and a cone is amazing!! Thats my suggestion though. They dont always have the flavors

Good customer service. Great ice cream choices. Store prices are higher than average. Bathroom leaves something to be desired. Reasonably priced gas.
I like my icecream good and my gas cheap. They do both at the same time. Also really good milkshakes.
