I love this place. This is my daily morning place. I am known by name.. The people and managers are all awesome.. Friendly staff.. They always have my Mobil order ready, and if not, they get it ready when they see me coming.. They are all a pleasure to talk to daily.. Thanks.. Keep up the good work.

I waited at least 5 minutes in the drive thru without being helped. So I went inside and waited an additional 10+ minutes before I was even helped. My order online said one thing price wise and the girl behind the counter tried to say another to charge me more than what I already paid. ANDDDDD, I only got 4 TINY hash browns in my order that was $2. I will never return to Dunkin donuts ever again. Or probably never eat another donut in my lifetime because of them. I am seriously appalled

Quite hit or miss, I've had good coffee, super long waits and I can see the drinks on the counter. Or ask for a French vanilla and get caramel on more then one occasion.

The coffee is either great one day or horrible the next. They almost never have donuts and when they do, they have very little filling

Every other time I drive through something is wrong with my order. I love the donuts and today😬 they were at least 11/2 old. Not fresh and a lil hard. My chi was Luke warm at best. I asked for extra hot, they can’t do that. No one is perfect , I understand. I pay for something and have high expectations for it to be fresh and hot. Sorry my bad.

Staff is friendly. BUT, the owner should strongly considerate hiring more employees. It is bad business to make clients wait a long time and make your staff overwork.

Don’t waste your time here. I sit at the drive thru for 15-20 minutes this morning. There were 4 vehicles ahead of me and 2 of them left because they must had been waiting much longer. I finally drove away too and made my own coffee at home that was much better anyways. People like the CONVENIENCE of drive thru’s and wasting gas and time is NOT convenient. My time is my true currency here. That was my 2nd trip to Dunkin Doughnuts and the last time I was there it was also a very long wait. I’ll save my time and money from now on and won’t be visiting junk restaurants that supposedly provide the instant gratification.

First time visiting this location and it seems pretty nice. Very nice looking restaurant too if you want to eat inside. Tried the breakfast sandwiches and they were vastly better than what you would get from the fast food giants located nearby. The coffee is decent, typical for a Dunkin. Staff was super busy but managed to get our food out pretty quickly. Would definitely hit these folks up for breakfast again.

Product is ok I suppose. But this is the slowest place in Wapakoneta. Drive thru you will spend 20 minutes at and going inside is just a little bit faster but not much. Staff sometimes has an attitude as well. Definitely has potential to be a great place.

This place is hit or miss but lately more of a disappointment. I went inside for a quick order. I stood upfront waiting to be helped for 15-30 mins with no one even acknowledging I was there. I understand they was busy but someone could at least greet those of us up front and say you will be with us soon...especially if you are making coffee or getting donuts and walking right by us....I also tried to use the kiosk but it was unfortunately not working. So I ended up leaving.

Classic donut was OLD and the app wouldn't let me order decaff so I had to stop and order. The medium coffee was the size of a small at any C store. They are not the Dunkin Donuts you knew and loved.

Great having a dunkin here in Wapakoneta, sadly they seem to be out of a lot of their bagles. It's really hit or miss s to if they will be made from one day to the next. When I've inquired as to if they have any I always get the same reply "they didn't make any last night". So here's my take, get someone on shift that can either do the job, or has the drive to get the job done.

I made a mobile order, about 10 minutes before I got there. When I got there, it was not busy at all. I went in my order wasn't even started. This was around 7:30 to 8am when I got there and alot of the Donuts were gone. Wasn't a good visit.

I placed a mobile order to speed things up but I may well not have bothered. Drive thru was slow and when I got to the window they asked me what I ordered and what donuts I wanted. And then gave me the wrong donuts. Went back in and had to wait while they made and then had to correct another customers order … and then gave me the wrong donuts again. Coffee was also unusually weak. Never again going to this location.

This location is hit or miss if you can go inside. More often, you can't, and there is no sign indicating the lobby is closed. The drive-thru is packed and often moves slow. It would make sense to open the lobby so people can see donut selections rather than having them read off one by one, thus holding up the line. I've tried mobile order, hoping for faster service. That got screwed up by not making the right drink and not having the selected donuts. This wasted more time. This is the closest location for me, and traveling over 20 miles to get my favorite coffee used to be a treat. Now it's more of an annoyance. It's disappointing. I understand there are staffing issues, much like other places. I'm not working there and only am throwing my meager opinion out here. I hope they find the workers to help there be consistency on the lobby being open as well as the drive thru.
