Customer service needs improvement via the very unethusiastic drive thru staff -as usual. Not been inside to see if they're friendlier there. I wish they weren't always out of stuff too. But their coffee is definitely better than dunkin down the road.
I haven't been to this location in quite a while. I was very pleased with my experience. The exterior looked great, with the landscaping recently cleaned up, and mulched; greeted in a friendly manner; order was delivered quickly and efficiently by dedicated teams. Great experience overall!
2 times in 2 days. The breakfast sandwich was good as was the cap. Potatoes were very dry, greasy, tasteless. I gave it to my dog.
Nice place to have coffee and Bavarian cream they're always fresh in Urbana.

Mon-friday this is our breakfast and chat place (in our cars). I have had most of the menu and havnt had a bad meal yet. I personally dont like fastfood hash Browns but Tim Horton's does make them to where I'll eat them. Top favorites is the farmers wrap, bagel with cream cheese, sour cream timbits, and either a vanilla iced coffee 4x4 add carmal or a red velvet Cold brew.
Ordered a breakfast sandwich, it was not mentioned they were out of key ingredients and they just took it upon themselves to make a lesser priced one, no refund given, and even then, they forgot the sausage patty....so basically I had to assemble my own inferior overpriced sandwich. One guy was obviously stoned/high/buzzed...the other was lucid, but unhelpful.

If you are debating between McDonalds and Tim Hortons will say this, at least if there is an issue with your order a Tim Hortons employee can help you. For whatever reason the dining room is hit and miss on being open. They don't put a sign in the front to let you know. So if you have kids, check the door first and then get them out, unless you see people inside or something. Overall, things are pretty consistent and I have no complaints. I just hate the McDonalds across the street.

I ordered a dozen doughnuts this morning, 2 were Boston Cream. When I got them to the office, it was noted that there was no cream in either of them. I called the office several times before Heidi/Amber answered. She answered by saying "hold on please" and set the phone down. Heidi/Amber then proceeded to take drive through orders for the next 15 minutes without returning to the phone. Talk about unprofessional and inconsiderate customer service. She was the worst I have ever encountered. Go to Schuler's Bakery instead. The staff, coffee and doughnuts are far better! To update: I called back and spoke with the manager. When I advised her what happened she blew it off, stated well we were busy. She also said, "Why don't you come in and get a job here." She then accused me of being rude. She also stated it was Amber who answered and left the phone setting there.
Have you ever wanted a coffee with a bunch of creamer and sugar, but didn't feel like fixing it yourself. Try Tim Hortons, but when you order your coffee ask for it as a double double. Sip, enjoy, and smile about the awesomeness.

Great options, even though drive thru lines get long on Sunday mornings the move very quick. Service is friendly and on point.. Not every Tim's is like this but this one... Top Notch

Tim Hortons has delicious coffee and treats. Their staff is friendly and courteous. They currently have temporary hours of 6am till 2pm. Very good coffee and doughnuts!! Yummy!!
