Tried this place on a whim. Not the cleanest place, looked sorta rundown. Has good space to hang out and work. Folks were very kind and friendly but coffee was very strong.
Coffee is awesome. People are fun and welcoming. Atmosphere is excellent whether you're knocking out some work or meeting up with friends. Bacon, egg, sausage, and cheese on an asiago bagel, put through a panini press is absolutely bananas. So. Good.
I didn't try any of the food but the coffee was really good. The vibe is chill as was the barista.
One of my favorite coffee bars. The staff is extremely friendly. The drink menu is large and adaptive. They serve hot drip, cold brew, lattes, espresso, mochas, frappes, iced and hot tea and more. They have a great lite food menu for breakfast and lunch and pastries. It can get busy at times so the wait time may vary, but the staff works very diligently to get orders out. They also have a drive thru. Definitely worth checking out the Stow location!
Very nice staff and the coffee was great
Best coffee in town! Get the monkey dog! Always friendly customer service!
Good atmosphere and drinks. Excellent fresh pastries. It was very busy when I went so it took a bit of time but that's expected on a Sunday morning.
Stopped for coffee and a treat after mothers birthday dinner. While there, an employee (owner?) Came out and yelled to everyone that she could not hear the person next to her and that everyone was too loud. She yelled that everyone needed to "tone it down" so she could get her side work done. Never been to a place that announced to patrons they're talking too loud. I will never return.
Love it here! Best coffee around the Stow area.
Friendliest baristas in the entire chain (no shade at the other three locations - they're also good).
I love this coffee place! It's a wonderful local place with GREAT coffee. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They had one true gluten free breakfast option, and one option that had cross contamination they were very clear about. Lovely place, highly recommend! Prices are very fair and the coffee is totally worth every dollar!
Good coffee, and will fill in your own travel mug. Sitting area could be more suitable to conversation.
Went there with my daughter for the first time, while my daughter is a return customer who wanted to share their breakfast sandwiches and coffee with me. The bagel sandwich was incredible, the service was fun and helpful, and the coffee was, well, it was coffee, but it was good. I'm raving about the incredible bagel, egg and sausage sandwich and the service.... go try, it won't disappoint.
A barista put a smiley face on my coffee and had no idea how much I needed it! You guys are awesome.
First thing I notice is that it appears nobody sweeps the floor. Dust, food particles, looks like dog hair on the floor mats, dust bunnies, unmopped, dead plants on the wall...... This obviously is not just from the day before. Stayed to try the food which was good and coffee is great. Service is very good. Nice freindly staff. 2 stars on the "atmosphere" only because of the uncleanness of the place in general.
Great coffee, good selection of sandwiches/salads and friendly staff. Has a good amount of seating too.
Very nice place to sit and do work.
Rather nice coffee, little well-lit inexpensive for my taste... The great place for a quick stop
Incompetent customer service! I work across the street and walked over for a midday tea break. I was initially greeted but wanted a minute to look at the menus. Another customer came in and the server asked if he could wait on him. Sure. As I stood there waiting for him to finish up the other customer's order, 2 other servers appeared behind the counter. In the meantime, another customer walked in and one of the other servers waited on that customer. (I never figured out what the 3rd server was doing behind the counter) Anyone with good training and common sense would ask "who's next" and not just pick a person to wait on. So I waited a little longer. The original server finally finished the order, saw that I was still waiting, yet took an order from the drive-thru. I stood there for 15+ minutes with only the initial acknowledgment then it was like I became invisible while 3 people behind the counter were in lala land. The place was not busy. I understand labor difficulties but this was not the case as 3 people behind the counter should be able to manage a drive-thru window and the non-busy counter - which means not completely ignoring a customer. Because times are difficult for businesses I would think employees would make it more of a priority to do their job efficiently. I guess I'll go across the street where I have 2 other choices since you don't seem to want my money.
This was the second time I’ve been here… I ordered “I’ll have the largest iced coffee that you have with just cream please“ when I got to the window the young man handed me a hot coffee and I told him it was supposed to be ice he gave me a dirty look I’m kind of insinuated that that is not what I ordered. I hate hot coffee and would never ever order that I drink iced coffee every single day. I was also on the phone with somebody on speaker and they confirm that I ordered iced coffee… When you handed me the coffee, I said thank you and he said nothing and shut the window. I won’t be returning.
