Good place for coffee ☕
Best in Springfield.
Scout's Cafe is exactly the kind of business that Northridge needs! It's a cozy little spot to have great coffee, tea, or a smoothie. They use fresh, high quality ingredients and offer a wide variety of products. The staff is always friendly and the prices are more than fair. Additionally, the owners of Scout's make an effort to engage the community by offering live entertainment and bringing in local food trucks. I could not be more delighted to have Scout's Cafe in my neighborhood!
First time visit so I went through the drive thru, I missed where took your order so when I pulled up to the window I explained my mistake. I had no problem going back around to do it all over again but the girl was rude about it all so I left. Customer service is important and how you speak to people. While losing one customer may not be important word of mouth can cause you to lose many more. I would rather drive 10 more minutes to get great customer service and coffee from Winans or Coffee Expressions than ever go back to Scouts.

The coffee here is top notch, the staff is friendly and efficient. I could not ask for more out of a neighborhood coffee shop and make a trip out of my way when I'm near Springfield to stop in and grab a cup.
Stumbled upon this place and was surprised with some of the best coffee I've found. Wish it was in my neighborhood.

Great Café with many drink options. Frozen and iced offered too. I usually get their frozen hot chocolate. Friendly staff and has a great atmosphere.
Great place for the most part. I made it my new spot bc my drink is always consistent. Quick heads up tho, the barista’s rate how much they like their customers based off the type of lid they give you. ☕️

So. Slow. Not worth the long waits for simple coffee items. Nothing special.
10/10 experience. The staff is always friendly, the coffee is always perfect, and it takes me less than 10 minutes every time from the moment i pull in to the moment i pull out. Wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else for great coffee!

Stopped by today for coffee with my breakfast items from the bakery downtown. There is a large selection of drinks both hot and cold. Got a sugar free mocha. Very good flavor. My wife got the decaf sugar free Cafe latte. It was very good also. Service was quick going through the drive up window. I was very pleased with the experience.
Not so crowded but surprisingly nice interior to have a quick, good Coffee and a cozy chat. It would be nice to have some little sitting arrangement towards the front entrance, as an option. Enjoyed Coffee hangout with my family, irrespectively.
