Excellent food, desserts and drinks! There is something for everyone!
We found Lofts last year on a trip to the area. Since we were visiting Portsmith again, we made sure to stop by. A great experience, our dog especially liked the pup cup. We recommend 👌
Whole beans roasted on-site and delicious bakery. Price is steep, plus 15% gratuity by default at the register.
Absolutely the best muffins I have ever had. Especially the carrot cake one! Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. I can’t wait to go back to try more.

We love Lofts. It is a lovely coffee shop. They have a beautiful patio which is large and goes around the whole building. They have tables outside and I think a patio heater. We bought a couple pounds of medium roast to take camping. It is amazing coffee.

I had an iced americano and it was really refreshing and strong! I also ordered a little macaron. You can tell this place is a local favorite because it was bustling at 11:30am on a Tuesday. The employees were also nice and there were free samples at the register.
Both coffees I've had from The Lofts have been excellent! The employees are very nice and service is exceptional. I highly recommend the dark roast!
Adorable coffee shop with a decent lunch selection! Staff is friendly and wifi is SUPER fast. Loved spending 2 hours here having lunch and taking a teams call.

A wonderful little coffee house that has a great series of seasonal selections as well as the regular menu. I've been going here for quite a while and the quality, atmosphere, and staff of this place has been nothing but top notch. The people are very welcoming and the coffee is fresh and made to your liking. They have specialty brews that I've not found anywhere else in town, so I'd highly recommend this place as the best coffee house around. The food is a little pricey, but everything on order is high quality.
Wonderful employees and coffee! I highly recommend the chocolate cherry frappe. However, it would be nice if there was a baby changing table in the restroom.
Stopped in the day after Thanksgiving. The coffee and tea were delicious as well as wonderful, friendly service! Would definitely visit again.

Came to have a coffee with my dad, have my 3 year old with me that wanted burger King, after we made our order they then told us the baby couldn't have her food there, so I get a refund, walk out after bundling her back up and said well baby ya wanna go to market street Cafe, then a man in a van proceeds to pull around and say she's allowed to have kids meals in there it was just college kids bringing pizzas was an issue, if that was the case I should not have been asked to leave in the first place, moral of the story I guess is never try something new and stick to what you know love and continue to support, market street Cafe where they welcome u arms wide open even with picky eaters. 😀
What a great business invested in our community. We have hosted job interviews here, stopped for a morning coffee and just to hang out on the patio. Honestly shocked there has been anyone upset with this business as they have always treated me with class and respect.
This is one of the best roasters anywhere! I drive 100 miles just for their coffee. Great service! Great food!
