The Roast is definitely my new go to coffee shop, with Amazing coffee along with delicious breakfast burritos for supper cheap you can beat it
This business is really great. The staff are friendly and efficient, the interior is cozy and always clean. Prices are very reasonable. Pretty much everything I could ask for from a coffee shop. Being veteran owned and operated is an extra bonus. So nice to have this small local business in Olmsted with the dearth of any decent shops that aren't overpriced Starbucks. With the increase in card and contactless payments, i'd really love a way to add a tip to my purchase for your staff at the register. Can that happen?

Roasted coffee shop is amazing! The staff is so friendly and quick! Highly recommend everything on their menu. It’s even better that it’s veteran owned and gives back to the community.

My husband and I tried out Roasted for the first time today and literally came back a second time several hours later because it was so good. Great service too!

Me and my fiancé just went to Roasted Coffee Shop this morning around 11AM. We experienced the absolute worst customer service I have ever received at a local coffee shop. We just moved to Avon from the Columbus area so we were trying to find a good local place. We went in and as I was looking at the menu I asked if they had anything which had white chocolate white caramel drink. The response I got from the cashier which was a girl with brunette hair. She sighed and spoke to me in a rude tone saying “um we have a list of flavorings right here infront of you”. I have never been spoke to like I am a “idiot” costumer before in a coffee shop. We have never been here before and I was simply wanting to explore on what all there was. She then proceeded to take my card out of my hands because the “tap” didn’t work. I’m very upset because I don’t know why someone would treat me and my fiancé like this. The coffee was good but I will never be back again because of the way we were treated. It’s unfortunate because I was very excited to try this place because of the other reviews
Good coffee, friendly staff, nice clean atmosphere. Roasted has actually become part of our family’s routine.

Veteran-owned, delicious coffee, phenomenal service. Every time we are in the neighborhood, we stop here and we are never disappointed. They always have new and interesting drink flavors 👍👍

The most wonderful coffee, coffee concoctions, and people I have ever had. (and I love coffee).
Tried to stop during posted hours and closed. traveling through and was hoping for a good cuppa. Leaving 80 and loosing 20 minutes progress for a disappointment in a closed shop.
We will be back to Roasted Coffee Shop 100%! One of the best Coffees we have had in a while! The coffee shop itself is a great size, very nice on the inside, and location wise good to get to. Staff was super kind. We got a Peanut Butter Chocolate Coffee and Pumpkin Spice Latte. They both tasted so good! Highly recommend coming here! We will be back!
This is an awesome coffee shop, the baristas are always so nice and the coffee is great. The music isn't too loud and there are plenty of outlets so its a great place to work remotely. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfy, inviting cafe.

I'm not sure I need to say more than Maple Pancake Latte! I think I need to spend more time here this fall, it was that tasty. Barristas were attentive and helpful, location/ atmosphere was comfy. Strong wifi and outlets near the table, a great place to work away from home for a little while.
