My wife and I tried Shale for the first time and were a bit underwhelmed with the experience. The drinks overall were good but the experience was ruined by the fact that the temperature was set to 75 degrees in the shop (clearly visible on the overhead temperature control unit) and the sun beating in plus the super uncomfortable chairs, alongside the already warm temperature made sitting inside unbearable. I had a hard time enjoying my hot coffee without breaking a sweat, and it was only in the 60's outside. I work from home and like to do my work at coffee shops sometimes-I won't be adding this to my list.
Nice helpful people in there. Wonderful wonderful coffee. We will definitely be going back.
The interior is very cute and trendy, but I did not care for my latte or the service we were provided. The latte was just ok and the attitude of who waited on us could have been better.
My go to coffee spot. I love the holiday/seasonal specials that they always offer. The atmosphere is super cute and the drive thru is convenient for a mama on the go like me. The staff is always kind and efficient. 👍🏻
The lavender latte is incredible! They always have an amazing seasonal selection! And don’t forget to pick up one of the best cinnamon rolls you will ever have in your entire life — made by Little Chunk of Goodness !!
Very nice coffee shop. The raspberry rolls with cream cheese was so good. Great shop to try flavored and fun coffee drinks.. Definitely will be back.

Shale Craft Coffee is absolutely top-notch, and it's an ideal work spot, especially when the weather is slightly warm, and they're able to open the garage door. Great drinks, friendly baristas, and a laid-back environment that's perfect for work or casual meetings over coffee.
Cool coffee in N. Canton, on Main St, just south of old Hoover building. A large selection of specialty coffee beverages and a selection of sweet treats to enjoy with your coffee. There is wifi available and comfortable seating available for impromptu business meetings. The price for medium latte was about $4. The hostess was helpful choosing the right strength of coffee.
We lovED Shale, but it’s became hit or miss too many times. It depends who is making the coffee. Ordered frozen on 11-1-22 and the taste wasn’t consistent at all, pure coffee. Other times it’s incredibly delicious. We understand there employees will never make each cup the same, but there should be consistency to some level. Consistency…..
