Went through the drive-thru and they were busy inside, but super friendly and genuinely cared about getting the order right and the customer being satisfied. The coffee was great!

It’s a beautiful place and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The lady that took our order made our day with speaking Spanish to us and noticed we where from Puerto Rico. Everyone had a smile and was super welcoming regardless of them being busy.

I'm new to Broken Grounds, I stopped in for coffee on way to a meeting. The staff was very friendly & helpful and the atmosphere was comfortable & welcoming. My brewed coffee was absolutely delicious, mellow and complex with a subtle fruity finish. Hit the spot on a busy day. I will definitely return to Broken Grounds when I'm back in Millersbug! Highly recommend!

We stopped here last February and I got a pink mocha. I wanted another one this February for the Valentine’s Day vibe. I did not see it on the menu like last year but the employee was more then helpful to make it happen! The mocha was one the best I’ve ever had. The staff is beyond accommodating and helpful. The environment is very relaxed and inviting. Highly recommend stopping in!

The food and the coffee were great! We went on Sunday morning and it seemed like they were having a church service there, singing and preaching. It felt very weird.

Broken Grounds was absolutely amazing. Best maple syrup bacon egg and cheese sandwich you will ever have!! The owners are super nice and clearly love what they created. Excellent service and even better experience!

Coffee is very good but be prepared to wait, only 1 person ahead of us in line and waited around 45 to get 2 coffees. Slowest service I've ever seen, if your in a hurry I wouldn't recommend stopping

We were led to this wonderful place to eat, no doubt by the Lord. Not only was the food delicious, the conversation with Charity and her husband was precious. What great servants for our Lord! They even have a church in the building on Sundays as well as ministering to homeless folks and charity auctions for Native American families. God bless these amazing folks. If you want to feel blessed, stop in and experience this gem in the heart of Millersburg. ♡♡

This was our first stop. Staff was very pleasant offering a breakfast burrito as a suggestion. They were stellar. Coffee was a little on the strong side but was good.

This sweet little coffee shop also makes a very delicious breakfast. We had chai tea latte, spicy avocado toast. (You can always have a mild one). We had the big breakfast burrito and a couple of the smaller burritos. They came with salsa and sour cream. The restaurant /cafe is very clean and Rachel took our order and was very knowledgeable on the different styles of coffee. We enjoyed our breakfast so much. Thank you for feeding us.

Best experience in town so far. Got a mocha, dirty chai, and cold brew and all were terrific. The chai had great taste, the chai flavor came through perfectly. No need for sweetener. The cold brew was perfect as well. I recommend the cinnamon brown sugar sweetener for the subtlety. The food was great! Biscuit was fluffy and bacon was crisp. I was pleasantly surprised by the burrito sausage being spiced and flavorful. Overall great experience!
