Walked in to order, stood there for 5-10 mins looking over the menu. It was busy with only one worker. She was friendly and said she would be with us soon. A man walks into the store (I’m assuming he was a manager or the owner?), walks behind the counter, says something to the worker briefly, and then turns to the crowded room of PAYING customers and rudely says something like “ok guys, we’re closed. We’ll provide refunds to those who want it”…… everyone looked around at each other confused, as it was over 30 mins until they closed. He was completely rude the way he went about it and it was a TERRIBLE way to treat customers! Would have been completely different if he seemed at least more apologetic about it? But instead, we left feeling like we were an annoyance to him by even being in the store. Terrible experience.

Ice cream was really good. Polite and accommodating. Easy parking less than 2min walk away.

This place is good, and they're always busy, but they take an extremely long time because of that. Honestly, not really worth the wait.

Honestly awful, I went for the Boba tea, the ice cream rolls seemed like they might be better though, if you like bubble tea, avoid this place 🤮

Nice quaint coffee shop vibe. Not enough seating or staff that work there to keep up with the number of orders coming in. Waited about 35 minutes to get my ice cream. Ice cream was good but not great. The flavors are very subtle, not bold. For the experience, I'm not sure it was worth the wait. Might try a boba tea next time instead. A solid 3 stars.

We used to visit this location weekly prior to it being sold and loved it. Our kiddo chose to go here as a treat tonight and Rollie's has gone downhill. The place was packed with standing room only AFTER we placed our order. They had ONE single employee working. The computer system kept going down so people were having issues paying. We waited 45 mins to receive our icecream. For a 45 min. wait and over $20 for three ice creams I'd expect something phenomenal, but all 3 varieties were pretty flavorless.

Small and lovely. Good Boba tea and icecream. Perfect alternative to a coffee shop especially if your feeling like something sweet.

My daughter and I were talking and she made the comment that she was curious about boba tea. Then I decided to take her and her brother to Rollies because I've been here before and it was the closest place to where we live that served boba tea. I got her the strawberry milk boba tea since those are first time. She enjoyed the tea but did not like the boba itself. But now she knows and we have a fun experience either. 🙂 My son didn't want boba tea so I let him get the rolled ice cream and he thoroughly enjoyed it himself. I believe he got something custom made- rolled strawberry with gummies I believe. All in all, it was a very fun experience I look forward to going back in the future. I personally like Rollies because it's a small/cozy place with a nice quiet atmosphere. They also have a very nice variety of boba tea and rolled ice creams. It'll be a great place to stop for light dessert after a dinner or lunch or just a pick me up. 🙂

No one greeted us, it made my daughters and I a bit uncomfortable. However, it was young adults/ teens working so I don’t usually expect good customer service from that group. I think the worse part about my experience was they were out of a lot of flavors and my milk tea tasted spoiled.

Liberty always has a smile on her face and provides excellent customer service. The ice creams are as beautiful as they are delicious.

Amazing staff. They weren't opening for another 7 minutes, but opened the door to let my 3 year old in to potty. Total life savers! Will definitely be going in once they're open for amazing bubble tea!

The hours posted say they are open at 11:00 am. Waiting 10 minutes after they were supposed to be open and the door was locked. Very disappointing.
