Awesome lil coffee shop.
What's my first time there so I didn't really know what was going on but turned out great. I love the food I got in coffee drink.
Few coffee shops have lavender as an option for iced tea. I'll be back just for that. Good options.
Biggby has a drink or snack for everyone! The menu variety, cozy and cute environment, and sweet family-owned feel makes it my favorite coffee shop in the area.

Great selection of coffees and yummy food. My daughters and I really enjoy our coffee dates and this spot is clean and welcoming. We really appreciate the attention to detail in the coffee they serve, the quality and taste are top notch.
I love this store but was bought a Christmas bag and I am very disappointed! They didn't even check to make sure the bags were made right! 20+ $ for a cheap cup a free drink card and an ordiment.

I LOVE biggby coffee and am so happy that there are finally biggby coffee in Ohio. Their drinks are fun and tasty, and the menu extensive. The staff always seems to be in a good mood. I prefer this coffee hot spot over others

Took a long time to get drinks and then they were both wrong - second time this has happened
I visit this store fairly regularly and always have a good experience, but today went above and beyond. I was halfway through ordering when I noticed the sign saying cash only, as the card machine was down. I stopped ordering and said nevermind I don't have any cash. The staff insisted I continue my order and gave me my breakfast sandwich atno charge. They even asked if I would like anything else. Absolutely amazing customer service!

Good first experience at the Café. Hospitable folks managing the place. I just took a black coffee - their house blend. Found it OK, and reasonably priced.
