Pat never disappoints, their pizza is great and their donuts are awesome!
The Boston creme and jelly donuts had such a small amount of filling that it was very disappointing and I struggled to call them custard or jelly filled. Also a bit overcooked to the point of crunchy.
Requested 7 dozens assorted donuts, only received 3 kinds of assorted donuts. 4 dozen out of 7 dozen were glazed. Taste was good, just not happy with customer satisfaction
Best variety of food ever..never a bad experience at Pat's!!! customer service during night shift could be retrained or encouraged inventively if necessary it's not the worst service but it's definitely needing some attention..
This location is... ok. Sometimes you get friendly staff... sometimes not. They are out of A LOT of kinds of donuts just about everytime I go. We prefer pats in delphos

So the manager at this location is very uneducated and the owner allows it my 16 year old daughter worked her for 1 week then quit management told her she didn’t give a two week notice!! My daughter called and told me the the manager said they have a right not to pay employees cause it’s policy i then demanded to talk to the owner which owner never called me I told the manager I intended to file a complaint with the us department of labor and their policy doesn’t have more power then the law again the manager tried to play with me after I said I was going to file a lawsuit and a complaint she gave me my daughter pay check I’m fully going though with the complaint with the department of labor the department will investigate this place staff clearly don’t know laws and is very uneducated and unprofessional also while I was inside getting the check I videotaped the inside was very dirty I’m thinking the health department needs to know
This was my first time here and what a cute place! I never knew it existed, I am from Florida and we stopped by and it was a cute experience! Great service and very friendly people! Good doughnuts and hot cocoa! What I loved the most is the wholesome part that they believe in what I believe and are giving the glory to God! I got to take a photo of the add that said God is good! That is something I always say, I was like Omg! God is good all the time and got a bible too! This to me is commendable of them because not many people praise God through their business and I said to myself, one day when I open something.. I will do the same !
Can't get a decent milkshake anymore. It's literally a cup of ice cream.

Decent doughnuts. Extra charge if you pay with your card. Bring cash or don't go, that's easier.

Donuts were decent, not too dry not too moist. Too sweet for my liking but the family enjoyed them. Overpriced for the quality, but with the limited competition in the area they can charge as they like. Staff this morning on the other hand was less than friendly, she seemed as if she hated her life and her job. Which is fine we all have those days, just don't bring it to work with you and bring down your customers!
First thing I noticed as I waited for someone to acknowledge my existence at the drive thru...they were to busy shoving donuts in their mouths...they saw me there but I wasn't important enough to at least acknowledge me...one female walked over..she was nice enough but matter of fact. Anyway...I get food home for myself and my 93 year old mother...going along fine..then I got it...a nasty long gray hair in my mouth...notvto worry...there was more in the rest of the sandwich..needless to say...in the trash it went..after I threw up..I pitched the food...I'll not be going back.! What a shame...pats in delphos is better...I'll not stop on elida road again
Placed a order for 2 large pizza and 2 med pizza and donuts at 9:30 am this morning for a group of us at work was told the pickup would be 30 minutes. Sent someone to get food at 10 and food was not ready upon arrival they waited another 35 minutes until the food was finally done .when I received the pizza I open the box and 1 med pizza was over cooked after attempting to eat pizza still it was so unbearable because of the scorched taste that at that point I called and complained. Was informed that a replacement pizza would be ready for me to pickup at 3pm and to bring uneaten pizza with me .so I brought the pizza back and expecting to pickup the replacement pizza .they said they didn't know anything about my replacement and had to call the manager. They spoke with the manager and the manager told the they don't make replacement pizza until the other is returned and that is company policy. Company policy is ok when it comes to the customer needing to follow them but what about quality of the company product what is the policy on that? There is no way this pizza should have been boxed up and served unless a customer requested burnt cheese which i did not ! How is it remotely ok for a company to have a policy with a unsatisfied customer but its ok for them to serve just anything to us wanted me to wait on the replacement as if pats hasn't taken up enough time out my day
