Waited in line half an hour only to be told they couldn’t make our drinks for another half hour because of a to-go order. Not sure why they would even take to-go orders if they can’t help the customers waiting in line in the store.
Love the variety of sugar free syrups, friendly staff and bakery items!
The coffee and food are fine. Yet the service is very slow... Usually duo to so many people there. If you go on a weekend... Either get there at 8:00 a.m. sharp or after 10:30 a.m.
First time visiting, great atmosphere and customer service.
Ultimately, this is a decent place to get a coffee in downtown Grove City. Unfortunately, their limited and inconsistent hours, frequent downtime, and middle of the road service have left much to be desired. At this point, I've attempted to get coffee here 12 times, and they've only been open 5 of those times. Though they have updated their hours on Google, there are frequent closures for holidays, media shoots, and employee unavailability that seem to dig into their hours after noon. Their coffee is good, and their service is usually pretty decent. I like to support small businesses where I can myself, and these things keep me trying to come back. Sadly though, I typically am looking for places to sit after work (around 5:00, and this place closes before 3:00), which has led me to Starbucks and Winnan's Chocolates instead.
We love Transcend! Susan is awesome and always nice and consistently makes excellent coffee/lattes!! Food is delicious too!
My latte was PERFECT the honey iced oatmilk latte was to die for today. My egg n cheese bagel was a little bit of a let down. I liked the decor and ambiance and the barista was great.
Fast service and friendly, pleasant atmosphere. Came here to work on a project for a little bit and was pleasantly surprised by how inviting the whole Cafe felt. Pretty decent coffee. Pretty meh matcha though. Flavor was over strong, and tasted fishy. 4/10 on the matcha scale so I would not recommend that, unless I got it on an off day.
Great little coffee shop in town, good selection of coffee and teas too!
Everyone I know comes here. Great drinks and atmosphere, though I really wish their wifi was more reliable so I could work here longer.
The caramel drizzle is so much better than Starbucks caramel macchiato. I was looking for a local coffee shop versus a big chain, when I found this place. I'm really happy I did, it did not disappoint.
Created by barista- got my coffee right. Very nice place to meet for a chat with a friend. The place was buzzing (no pun intended) with people. The lady I met with had a breakfast sandwich and said it was good.
Closed when I went...AT 3:30 IN THE AFTERNOON! On a Friday...who or what business closes that early? Must not want to stay in business... Went down to Jolly Pirate...coffee was cheaper and I scored a cream filled doughnut... Winner!
Coffee amazing, staff could be more personable to regulars.
I have been here many times since they opened. They have great coffee and chai, however their service has severely fallen off. We constantly wait well over 30 minutes for 1 or 2 drinks, even when there is no line. I wish this wasn’t the case, but my wife and I will not be coming back any time soon. Today we came in to no line, ordered 2 chai lattes, waited 35 minutes while the 4 orders behind us were completed first. I mentioned something to the staff after 2 orders, and they assured me that we were next. I gave 2 stars simply because their drinks are very delicious. Very disappointed that it has come to this.
Cashier was friendly enough. Waited half an hour and they somehow "forgot" my order. Waited half an hour and eventually had to just leave because I was going to be late for work. No intention of ever going back
Update August 2022: Staff has greatly improved in knowledge and experience. They are not always the most efficient but it’s usually worth the wait. They have a nice selection of drinks and great seating options inside and out. Nice space and good coffee but the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Many drink orders were forgotten/lost and I waited over 20 minutes for two drinks.
I am from the Ozarks region of Missouri, but I am in the Columbus region of Ohio with my Mom for a convention this week. This warm sunny morning, my Mom brought me here to get a delectable breakfast and, of course, coffee. I ordered a Make It a Bagel sandwich of bacon, egg, and cheese on an Asiago bagel; and a Caramel Latte with an extra shot of espresso. I loved my breakfast, and this local coffee shop in Grove City as much as any coffee shop in Missouri I ever visited.
Very cute and clean place. Staff is friendly and made order quickly. Price is similar to Starbucks. Parking is easy
Stopped in to get some beans. The Panama was just okay. The vibe in the place was not good. Neither the customers nor the staff wanted to be there and you could tell.
