The sweet cream foam is the best ever!!! The cold brew sweet cream foam is delish. Weds is a great deal. Buy one, get one!
I absolutely love Biggby! The entire team at the Elyria location is super friendly. We especially love when Kennedy is working, she makes the best drinks and always makes it a fun and personal experience! She's always professional. Kennedy always remembers us and our orders. Love it!

When you're feeling tired and not so hot Go to Biggbys and get an espresso shot Those really hit the spot Maybe a mocha latte or a caramel freeze The taste will bring you to your knees This particular location has the best staff Always a smile and a really good laugh Of course they're busy as a bee Their drinks are practically free Compared to big corp names Where you pay the big corp game Let's get back to the menu shall we Did I mention they have the best tea Perhaps you're Hungry?! Bagel with cheese? O my! Yes please! So go get you some BIGGBYS!!!

Best and most consistent coffee ever! I have a Dunkin and a Starbucks 5 minutes from home, but I will drive 20 minutes for their coffee! The staff is always friendly and amazing! We have diet restrictions and they never give us a hard time for having a complicated order. Love this place!!!!

Remarkably consistent terrible service. There are 6 people in there or more and yet each car will wait at least 10 minutes once they get to the window. I need coffee fast. I'm late now thanks
Wish I could give it 5, because I find everything they sell delicious and the staff is always friendly, but it's slow and pricey. Expect a wait, but it's usually faster to go inside.
Decent coffee, but overpriced. The manager here really needs to revamp the efficiency of this place and train accordingly. Entirely too slow. On average, I spend at least 20 minutes in the drive through.l, and there are at least 5 people making coffee. I want to fully support locally owned businesses but a drive through is designed for much quicker service than this. No apologies after sitting 30 minutes in drive through.
My lady and I go everyday. Its always on point and the staff is always very friendly. LOVE BIGGBY

Have only been thru drive-thru in elyria location..service and product was great and price was reasonable..my only complaint is the wait....i just cant understand how i sit at the window for 9 minutes just for one coffee...are they that hard to make?
Ordered a LARGE tea latte and ended up getting about half of the cup full of the latte. If you're gonna charge me an arm and a leg for the drink, I expect to get the money's worth and not a half full cup that's cold. Terrible service.
