Cool shop in downtown Delaware. Creative drink menu and fresh baked treats. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Seating options are varied and shop has lots of fun stuff for sale. Can't wait to go back! Inside of shop are mini boutiques...lots of local vendors and fun gift ideas!

We did not have any coffee... It's a cozy little coffee shop with great seating and knick·knacks...

Nice, atmospheric coffee shop. A unique interior design. It has spaces for sitting and working on laptop. Flavors are nice. Service is friendly and quick. They have decaf options for mocha which is always a plus. Price is ok. Parking may be difficult since you have to do parallel parking on the main street where space can be limited. Update on the second visit 5 star dropped to 2 stars and here is why: The use of space is incredibly inefficient. They filled the majority of seating area with junk and this leaves only limited seating availble. Staff is not flexible. For instance we couldn't find seating and asked if we can sit the empty bar chairs which are reserved for staff but were not in use at the time and there were plenty of them. They categorically rejected and did not try to accommodate us. The offer they came up with was outside seating on a rainy day with 38F temperature and 20mph wind. Are you kidding me!? I won't come here again. They should train their staff for customer relations.

Best pour-over coffee I've had, hands down. This place takes your cup of joe to the next level. The decor is a little cluttered feeling, but still has a cozy, inviting feel. Definitely will go again when I'm in the area.

POC are advised to avoid. I have been there 3 times, with months between each visit and every time I have been there I have been treated unbelievably disrespectfully. I know it is Delaware, and even my cousin in law told me to be “careful” in the area, which I know to be careful anywhere. But the workers treat POC like vagrants, if they even acknowledge you at all. Every time I’ve had a working stand in front of me for over 5 minutes to take my order, even when I’ve tried to get their attention. I’ve literally never even been greeted there! It’s like they do everything possible to get you to walk away. Last time my hot coffee was lukewarm and service was rude, while my white husband was greeted and made a pipping hot coffee, by the same person. Last week I stood in line for 10 minutes, with 4 other people behind me, and a worker literally right in front of me while I stood at the counter. And then a woman walked right in in front of me and was served immediately! And this was after the worker was just rude to someone standing in line! This is not people having a bad day or lack of staff, this is just straight up DISCRIMINATION! No coffee should ever be good enough to treat people so inhumanely!

Super cute coffee space. Large with comfy seats and cute little shop. They have coffee flights! And the Blackberry Lavender White Mocha latte was something ethereal. I didn't have any food but it looked amazing and every one there was eating a cinnamon roll.

Chai was excellent. Service was inattentive as I stood at the counter several minutes before anyone offered to take my order. And this after they took the order of the person in front of me and served him quickly.

Wouldn't have preferred to have my coffee preferences questioned by the staff, but otherwise a very pleasant experience!

I've been wanting to come for a while, and I came to meet a friend who works in the area. The coffee is good. One Line is just good coffee, period. They have unique offerings and local pastries, which looked very nice. The service left a little to be desired. They were busy but didn't take names, which added some confusion and length to wait time. I don't live near this location, but I would return if I was in the area. Thank you!

Coffee was real good. Had the Americana. Maybe they could have a few more choices of bakery. But a great place to meet up with others enjoy coffee and conversation.

I delivered an order here of over 20 gallons of milk. The order had a $16 tip. After delivering, they tip baited and removed the entire tip. I'm a single parent who delivers for instacart on occasion for extra cash while working a full time job and going back to school. I just want to make sure customers know how the owners/managers treat people before you spend your money here.

The staff here are super friendly and explained our different drink options. Being our first time we had some questions about menu items and the store. Even while training the people behind the register were super friendly and didn’t make us feel rushed or anything. We had the raw honey maple latte and it was really good. The store itself kinda of shocked me with how much stuff you could buy in it. Weird that I haven’t seen a lot of other coffee stores do something similar, or maybe I’m just not well versed in coffee shops. The downstairs area is weird and I’m not sure why it exists the way it does. Even the nice staff brushed off the area. I walked down the stairs and there were four people sitting around a bunch of haphazardly placed old items.

Amazing coffee. I adore the blackberry lavender white chocolate mocha. The various rotating foodiies they have are always delicious and from small businesses. In addition they support small businesses by having a shop in store of various small business merchandise ranging from drink mixes, candles. Bags. Jewelry. Greeting cards art antiques and more. I do miss the weekly weekend cupcake flavors they got from a business in Marysville they were amazing.

Vert cute inside hence the only 2 stars. Not very welcoming atmosphere and just very uncomfortable being in there. The coffee was bad, I prefer McDonald’s. The lids for the clear plastic cups also fall off all the time so beware that you might spill the coffee all over you like I did. I work in the service industry and I expect every service to be welcoming and inviting, and this place definitely was NOT. Overrated in my opinion
