The drive thru this morning was fast and smooth! The young lady was very polite and courteous as she greeted me in the window. I loved the experience, will definitely come again!! :) drinks were amazing.
Decent coffee and food but overpriced and expect to wait for 20 minutes in line even if there’s only 3 people in front of you
5 stars for customer service! The baristas were super friendly and helpful and made the drinks just right. 4 stars for coffee quality. We frequent local coffee shops, and I’d say Biggby is comparable to Dunkin. Good, but can’t beat the local coffee roasters in quality.

It was the grand opening week so the wait was a lil long but not as bad as I was expecting for a brand new store that’s still training. Great selection of coffees and good items and the staff was fantastic

I wouldn't recommend - the drive thru line is very long, I had to repeat my order 3x, they put the wrong meat on my breakfast sandwich, and the coffee is nothing to write home about. The curbs in the drive thru line are also incredibly high and I hit the side of it. Will not be going back 😀
Expect to wait a minimum of 15 minutes in the drive through for literally 1 coffee. Coffee quality is average. Nothing special, super nice staff though.

This is the number one coffee shop to visit in the area. While new, don't let that fool you, the customer service makes you feel so welcome, and the coffee itself is much better than your run of the mill Starbucks or Dunkin donuts. If I could give this store and it's staff 6/5 stars, I would.
