I used to frequent here since 2019 but the customer service has plummeted!!! Drink was great. The reason for only two stars was due to the customer service. The person who made the drink was frequently having personal conversations with the employee who makes the sandwiches right in front of the customers. She frequently rolled her eyes at customers and when our drinks were finished, she seriously said “here’s your stuff,” rather than calling out the name of the drink. I won’t be returning to this establishment.
We stopped here while on our drive back to Buffalo from Nashville. We had iced coffee and egg sandwiches. Everything was excellent.
Cheap and fast sometimes workers are stressed so they ask what u want and you should answer fast
Baristas had a “better-than-you” attitude. Didn’t know what a washed vs natural process was. Pour-over was mid, not bad, and modestly priced. Cool place, but the vibe was not welcoming.
Can't beat Upper Cup's coffee, prices, and staff. One of the best spots in the city.
The drink and sandwich I had on my visit were good. My drink had a good ratio of flavor/sweetness wasn't too strong. The sandwich was good, I liked the red pepper on it. The reason I'm not giving full stars is because of the customer service. The person at the counter was fine, said hello & took my order efficiently. It was the person who was trying to run sandwiches who had an attitude. They were wondering around the shop and called out the sandwich, I said "oh that's me" and hopped up to get it & they just rolled their eyes and made some kind of a noise. They only had to call it once because I was paying attention so I'm not sure where the frustration was coming from. If they don't want to leave from behind the counter they could just call it from there and I'm sure people would be capable of retrieving their food. Maybe this person was just having a bad day but it was a total turnoff. I'm a server in a fine dining setting so maybe I just have higher standards, but I don't usually expect an eye roll when receiving any type of service. I'll be back and try again so hopefully people are in a better mood.
Fantastic cold brew made fresh on order and still faster than the closest Starbucks. Must have for coffee nerds

1st time visiting. Latte was good. Nice atmosphere. Quiet and unassuming. I love supporting small businesses (like myself) so Ill definitely stop in again when in the area

What a great find! Don’t pay for parking downtown. Save the money and spend it with a very cool place with the most friendly people. Great latte and relaxed vibe. Worth a drive.
We HAVE to stop in whenever we are in the Old Towne Esst area.
Great atmosphere and coffee. Parking lot a bit small and can wait up to 10 minutes to get food/drink depending on the time of day. Worth it though! Great place to sit down and eat as well. Little loud atmosphere so don't recommend work calls here though.

Disappointed….wanted to like this place and coming from a fellow barista… probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Was just treated like a bother the entire time. I came in, was friendly, tipped well, idk what the staffs deal was. I get working in customer service, and having a long days, but I’ve never felt more uncomfortable at a cafe, ended up leaving without the drink. Went in late morning of 3/11, and most likely won’t come back. 👎
What an amazing cafe. The drinks were delicious and the egg sandwich was perfect. Huge shout out, any CBUS coffee guy needs to stop by this place. Do yourself the favor.

Really a unique place to get a Caffeine buzz! They were making their lattes using a pour over on ice And adding cream. Nothing needs to be explained. It was awesome pictures will show you. My wife and I had Ethiopian coffee pour over ! Really friendly staff and explained there process! I’m coming back
