Visited Stauf's on Mother's Day. The coffee was great, and so was the service. Great atmosphere as well
This is a cute little coffee shop tucked in a busy downtown area. The best part is the ample patio with a feeling like being in a forest. Definitely better than you would expect in a downtown setting where real estate is a limited resource. That said, the coffee was neither great nor bad. I ordered a light roast pour over - my personal litmus test for a coffee shop. I've had better. But the ambiance made up for the lack of coffee wow factor.

Nice coffee shop atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. Went in without knowing which beans to buy for espresso at home, was given recommendations, and purchased a pound of fresh beans for just about $20.

Barista’s are consistently rude. Pay them more, or give them more time off. IDK. However; I do know I would rather make my own coffee. I won’t be back. Too much rudeness all around, but great coffee nonetheless. Hence the three stars…
Their wifi is unusable, and there's no phone service for phonecalls or tethering. I emailed asking them about it but they never answered. I used to come here every week but it's just impossible to be productive. It's so unfortunate because I love everything else about it but I'm finally shopping around for another coffee shop.
Locally roasted beans? Can’t get any better than Staufs! This location is perfect for working or studying in the room at the back right (I didn’t even notice it the first few times I was here).
This Place was highly recommended to me for coffee, and it did not disappoint. I ended up trying the special of the month which was a peeps coffee. I worried it was going to be too sweet but honestly the fantastic blend of coffee with that sweetness really gave it a Great balance. Also wanted to try one of their chocolate chip cookies while I was there because it is homemade in-house. Good stuff all around. Make sure you stop here if you're in Columbus!!

Wonderful coffee, super fast service, and amazing courtyard seating (lots of seating in and out). We had an iced latte with toffee syrup, thin mint cold brew, and an iced chai latte. This is a must visit!
Grab a coffee at Stauf's and bring it to the Book Loft to sip while you browse. It's a perfect way to spend your morning! It can get packed, but the coffee is seriously worth it.
Stauf's is a Columbus and German village staple. Always friendly faces serving always great coffee. They have their front / main room seating, back room conducive to studying, and patio/sidewalk seating for people wanting to be outdoors.
This review is long overdue. It was only late 2020 when I became interested in coffee and Stauf's was my introduction to the art of roasting. I cannot claim to be any sort of connoisseur, but I have found that Stauf's presentation, kind and enthusiastic staff, and, of course, the product, are far superior to nearly all others that I have experienced since my first cup. If you are seeking a wonderful environment for an equally wonderful cup or two of coffee, head to Stauf's and get your fix- Stauf's has got the Stuff!
There iced lattes are not good. Bitter, Smokey flavor and the syrups are not taste-able. Very crammed space. Cool shop and nice patio. Good location.
My absolute favorite place in the city to get coffee. I've never had a bad experience at Stauf's, the food and beverages are high quality and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I've never felt weird or embarrassed to ask them questions about different menu options or for suggestions of stuff to try. Everyone I've talked to is always ready to help and be welcoming. My go-to drink is an iced white mocha with coconut milk and lavender syrup, I definitely suggest trying out all the fun syrup options that they have! The vibes are great too for hanging out in the coffee shop to do work or catch up with a friend. Plenty of seating, and great outdoor seating too! It's situated in a great area too, with plenty of fun local businesses to explore nearby.

Got an iced latte. Starbucks is 100 times better for sure. Horrible taste. Brownies are good though.
Great coffee shop, better than most. A cool staff and atmosphere. Good baked goods. Would be happy to recommend this Cafe and Roaster.
Beautiful coffee place. They have a nice outdoor seating as well.
