Love this place! Make sure to pay for parking on app or go into garage (I definitely got a ticket for forgetting to pay on the app, so it’s certainly monitored!) It can get a bit crowded and noisy when it does but all of the pastries are delicious and staff is friendly. One of the better cafes in Columbus with a great location.

It’s bad business when your “manager” talks down to customers. I will NOT be coming back.

Bright open space with tasty coffee and pastry offerings. We also made it for happy hour time where beer and wine are available! I got an espresso shot, pastry and a stout beer all for under $7! Highly recommend for coffee lovers and those that want to check out a hip spot in franklinton!

Great spot for beer and coffee! Unfortunately even if you pay for the WiFi you will likely still not be able to get on. Those who don’t have a great cellphone connection are out of luck even when trying to do your own hot spot. Hands-down, the best espresso in all of Columbus. I’ve been going to one line on occasion for the last couple years and they consistently have the best flavor espresso and it’s not even close!

Great coffee both ready to drink and whole bean retail. The food is also excellent. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. During busy times, might make sense to order online ahead because the food menu isn't readily available until you get all the way to the register.

It's all really good just extremely expensive especially if you order anything non-dairy. My coffee was almost $10.

This is a very cute coffee shop with a good amount of drink and bakery items! Their menu did have options to fit some dietary restrictions, like gluten free and diary free. Parking is limited on the side of the road, so you have to park in a parking garage next to the building. Besides a difficulty with parking, the coffee shop is very accessible. The menu is very large on their wall for everyone to see. The staff was very helpful and polite. However, they don't have a lot of seating and the seating is not very spacious. It is not very noisy in there, so people often get their work done at One-Line. Overall, I think it is a great place to grab coffee at.

Best breakfast burrito I've ever had! It's so big and toasted to perfection. The coffee was really good and there's plenty of seating. The Wi-Fi works well, but turned off after 2 hours. After that you have to pay. There's metered parking right out front.

Really great coffee shop! Used to have an extensive food menu but downsized to breakfast only. The coffee menu is incredible and delicious. Honey latte is on point. The breakfast menu will cost you a pretty penny though. Spent $20 on a latte and a sandwich. The build your own add-ons are pricey. Probably just gonna do coffee from now on.

Love the atmosphere, there's always someone here and they're open throughout most of the day. Their kitchen is decent when open and coffee is pretty solid.

One Line has everything I want in a coffee shop. Excellent hot and cold drink options, food that is filling and reasonably priced, free wi-fi, and parking validation. It's rare that I get to work away from the office, but when I do this is my spot!

Great location with lots of windows and natural light. Parking is available in the garage next door, and the coffee shop will validate for you. Handicap accessible.
