Nice place, really bad drip coffee. Bland, watery, sort of like paying $4 for a truck stop coffee. Edit: (after owner, who wasn’t there, said she agreed the coffee was brewed incorrectly that day, but my behavior was “intolerable” and I was “yelling at other customers”) Umm, I don’t think you know what happened there. There was no yelling - I was sitting next to where people order, and when the next person came to order a drip I warned him it’s not good, in fact quite bad. I did compare it to a truck stop, but that’s hardly “intolerable behavior”. I talked no louder than you need to talk to someone standing about 10 feet away, and he was the only other person in the shop. The barista never offered any kind of solution - all he said to me was that he agreed the drip coffee is not good. I hadn’t been here before, so that’s great he’s honest, which made me feel I should post a review to warn everyone, but he’s definitely lying now about offering anything else to replace it. I did ask after if he could put some more cream in, to help add ANY flavor, which he did. I didn’t refuse anything - I would have loved something that tasted good! But now that you’re covering yourself, making up stories, makes me feel especially bad about your business. :(

Ordered a sweet potato pie latte and was very happy with how good it is. Definitely would recommend. And The Rainy Day is definitely a cool looking order.

A good place to gather a few friends. The large room has some table games to involve the kids while enjoying some great coffee.

This place is super cool with a great vibe. The "Rainy Day" coffee did not disappoint! And the delicious breakfast sandwich was an unexpected bonus. We we will definitely be back!

The coffee tasted a little off but it wasn’t too bad. The service felt like they did not want us to be there and the server was pretty rude to another customer in line. They also had a whole 4 person band playing orchestra music very loud 😅. I have been here in the past and enjoyed it but this time was a bit rough.

My husband and I went one morning before work and we absolutely love the place and coffee! Great service, great people, and great food and drinks! You have to try the blackberry cold foam cold brew and pop tart!

The place is very nice and clean. Music is good and the art is cool. But the customer service really ruined my experience. I was told when i bought the drink they could do the foam. then told as it’s coming out that they can’t anymore, and the worker who told me they could “doesn’t know” that they can’t. They were very very rude about it and helping. Love the place but the terrible workers attitude ruin it.

Love this place! Amazing atmosphere, delicious drinks, and they have a lot of information about community events and resources in Columbus! We happened to stop by while a live band (Eris Quartet) was playing, and they were absolutely incredible. We didn't get any snacks this time, but they all looked delicious. Will definitely be coming back.

The coffee was fine, but service is incredibly slow. Waited in line for nearly 20 min and waited nearly 30 minutes for a reheated breakfast sandwich.

This is a charming coffee shop that was once a local post office, and a few of the original postal boxes still remain. The owners have. Went to great lengths to provide their guest with a perfect artist environment that's very cozy and familiar. Our service was phenomenal and I highly recommend this place. Be sure to try out their "cloudy day" specialty drink.

Great place with a chill vibe. Nice open concept with a variety of seating options as well as closed off spaces for meetings/studying. The coffee was very good and the food was quality. Loved the jams they were playing. They were the perfect backdrop for reading.

The actual shop is pretty cool. I’m happy to see Franklinton adding chic spots like this to the area. That said, coffee was bland. Cold brew tasted burnt (and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t actually cold brew)…Probably just iced coffee served as “cold brew”. Staff wasn’t rude but they definitely weren’t super friendly which is fine but something to note. After getting my coffee, I asked where the sweetener was and the child who was taking my order (she was probably no older than 10 years old) had no idea what I was talking about and then the gentleman working just pointed in a general direction in the back of the shop…I’ll be back to give it another shot - maybe I just caught them on a bad day.

Staff was incredibly nice. The espresso machine was down and they were clearly slammed, but helped everyone in a timely matter. Fairly priced. Atmosphere is very chill where you could sit and relax for a while or do work. Plenty of seating and even smaller rooms, like a study room, you can use as well. They also have an 'after hours' menu with some alcoholic coffee! Would recommend

Went on a Saturday and it was not busy. Nice big space that would be great for study groups and hanging out. Would've been great if they had an outdoor area for anyone with dogs cause no dogs in the sitting area inside. Also, their door is a bit annoying and heavy lol I'm not sure about their attitude cause it seemed a bit rude when I was ordering coffee. I took a little while (like literally 3 mins tops) cause i was trying to find out if my hubs wanted anything from their seasonal menu and after I was done ordering, I hear them commenting about how they can't stand ppl needing to think about what to order... I got a mocha and German cake latte which were ok. Their selection of baked goods at that time were subpar so didn't order any of that. I'm not sure if empanadas are served at specific times but I didn't see a menu nor being mentioned. I might go back in the future but for now, meh - tried it cause it was part of my coffee trail.
