Some of the best coffee in Cleveland. Nice local coffee shop with great coffee. Nice large area with plenty of seating, and normally not too busy. There is also a case with different food and pastries, half made in house and some from outside. One of the best places to go if you want real coffee drinks with the local coffee house vibe.

Consistently good coffee, really nice vibe and varied seating, great service, and super convenient location. I appreciate having this downtown!

Excellent coffee and great service. This and Rebel have the best Expresso and drip coffee downtown.

Phoenix Coffee Co. in downtown Cleveland is not only a fantastic spot for a warm and cozy cup of coffee, but it is also an employee-owned cooperative coffee company. Gotta say that is unique around here! The ambiance is inviting, with dim lighting, comfortable seating, and rustic decor. A solid 4.8/5 there! The staff are friendly and more than happy to explain menu items. And finally - drumroll - the coffee itself was bold and flavorful with a smooth finish. At on the cappuccino was done well too, for those who like stellar 'gram moments.

Super cute spot, tucked away on 9th. Great vibe with a good amount of seating. Great coffee with several daily roast options. Good pastry selection. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

This review is years overdue. I love this place. They keep the morning line moving very quickly and maintain a positive attitude. They have great tea at a great price. I would always pay with a $2 bill so they started calling me the $2 bill guy.

Kinda slow service. Horrible hot chocolate. Plenty of place to sit both inside and outside. Bathroom requires a key from the barista. Parallel parking right out front

Good vibes! The coffee isn't the best but good enough for me to come back. The chocolate chip cookie and the brownie was good.

I work downtown And this place is like never open for business. I work in the afternoon so I guess I’m not here for the morning but I think you guys would have decent business if you stayed open till five. And operated on the weekend

Manager sitting in office 9:15am. Front door says open at 7am. I watched the manager hang the phone up on me. Lamest coffee shop ever. Got a response saying they updated their website to say they were closed for the bankers holiday… no sign in door, google maps page wasn’t updated and the rude manager couldn’t take the 10 seconds to answer the phone and say it… still lame.

My favorite coffee shop and honestly sometimes the only thing that gets me through the morning. The coffee is fantastic, baristas very friendly and patient with customers, pastry is delicious, and also has some cool merch. They have a couple of seasonal beverages that switch out every few months that are also nice. Thank you for existing, Phoenix Coffee!
