If you haven't stopped in here yet to get a delicious coffee or tea (or their yummy crustless quiche and other treats), you're missing out! Do yourself a favor and make the trip here soon!

What a great little place to meet for coffee with friends. So comfortable and relaxing in there. I'm not a coffee drinker but they have other options which is nice. Very clean, friendly place.

I love this place! Absolutely amazing atmosphere and service! Food is great and coffee is exceptional. I’ve made this my #1 coffee spot. The only thing that I would want is bigger sizes for coffee, it’s so good I want more.

I wanted to post this a while ago, but here it is! My 2 year old son is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts, so finding somewhere we can enjoy a snack (while I get my coffee) together is not always easy. I wanted to confirm at the register that the shop was indeed nut free- the owner over heard and immediately introduced herself and told us about why she made it this way! It was so nice to be somewhere that cares about allergies. All the food and coffee is amazing and we can’t wait to come back!

This is a chill shop with a great message and vibe. It's welcoming, the staff are kind and forgiving when I haven't had my caffeine yet. Coffee and scones are great and it's pretty close to a lot of different things to do. I also love their WiFi password. If you're looking for a place to hang out for a bit with friends, by yourself, or even to grab something to go, I recommend Metropolitan. The decor is fun and they have art from local artists for sale hanging around the shop. Skip the Starbucks and Dunkin, you're worth better coffee!!

The beef chili was a little cool but amazing other than that. The white mocha was one of the best white mochas I have ever tasted.

I grew up down the street, worked in the original building 50+ years ago when it was a small grocery and butcher shop and recently retired to North Carolina. More than quality coffees, satisfying foods and locally-created art, Metropolitan Coffee is a inviting, tastefully-designed, locally-owned and operated "anchor" business that captures the sense, sensibility and eclectic vitality of Old Brooklyn's past, present and future potential. A great place to spend time alone or with family, friends or business associates, from wherever you come.

This is my favorite westside coffee shop. I often hang here to get work done or have a coffee date with friends. Coffee, snacks, and staff are always great.

This was my first visit and I will definitely return. I met a small group for a business meeting and ended up staying for several hours. The coffee was great, the food selection, while limited was perfect for a small cafe. The quality of everything I sampled was superb, and the staff seemed genuinely happy to be there! Thank you!

I had a very pleasant experience at Metropolitan Coffee! It was small but super cozy on the inside. There were people discussing prototypes for their new business, others studying, and others enjoying their coffee while catching up with friends— it is definitely a unique place for enjoying your day. I got a cinnamon roll cupcake and a mocha which were both spectacular!

Came from Brecksville to sit down and chill. Cozy spot, pleasant staff and enjoyable treats. We had the crust less quiche and am hoping it’s gluten free. Was really tasty. Everything arrived hot and fast. Nice spot to sit in the morning sun. Will make the trek again!
