Not good. There were grounds in my coffee and the espresso was gaseous. The baristas werent weighing the espresso and it appeared to be pulling in 18 seconds according to their grouphead. My partners milk was of awful texture and just overall a weird vibe going on in this space.

So happy there is now a coffee shop next to my favorite place in the city - the West Side Market! Edda really has a great location but also tons of space inside to stay awhile (which I've found hard to find in this city). Lots of places to sit, a fairly big café menu, and very nice service! I could definitely see myself WFH here too!

Iced Vanilla Latte was great! Friendly staff. They were understaffed and felt faster than starbucks when busy. Also, they have some gluten free baked goods from philomena.

Great coffee in modern setting! We both ordered a caramel latte with an extra shot of espresso. The barista had put a flower design in the cream of one coffee and a heart shaped design in the other.

There was no sense of urgency here. Everyone was moping around and looked miserable. They were also out of iced lids and I had to wait 15 minutes for them to find some. I wish they put a little more care into their work! Such an upsetting way to start my day.

@cleveland_kicknit on Instagram I really enjoyed this place. I got the Venice Avocado Toast which was recommended by one of the employees and it was really good. I also got a Carmel Cappuccino. Everyone was friendly and the windows make the cafe so bright and beautiful. I loved all the plants and the modern furniture.

As much I enjoy interesting interior design, it does not justify not having enough staff to get a simple decaf coffee and brewed tea delivered to a customer in a timely manner. We waited for half an hour. The avacado toast cost $9 for an open sandwich that had 1/4 avacado, couple of pickled onions and small amount of arugula. Both my friend and I were so surprised to get such a small amount of food for the price. Not worth the price. The staff were friendly and were working hard there just weren't enough of them.

My favorite coffee shop in Cleveland! Ambiance has lots of natural light from all the windows, beautiful plants, simple decorations, LOT of sitting options for relaxing, socializing, and working. The coffee and teas are amazing. The staff cares about the products they are serving!!!

Edda is a nice addition to Ohio city. The coffee is good and staff is very friendly. The food options are filling and made decently quick. They have a unique vibe and are open early!

I like the coffee and the staff is kind and helpful. The atmosphere is great... this is a great place for hanging out. Unfortunately there's no convenient place to park.

Many reasons why I will NEVER be coming back here!!!! 1. I ordered a pastry and as this lady was taking it out of the glass display, I saw several fruit flies flying inside. I said I will not be eating that. No apology she just gave me change back. 2. I find a table to sit in and it’s not clean and none of the tables are clean. 3. Coffee was not even good. 4. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. No soap or toilet paper. Told the same lady and she said “okay” no apology again. AND it was cold the entire time I was there. DO NOT COME HERE! Also, what kind of coffee shop doesn’t provide almond milk????

Wow wow wow. Coolest coffee place I have been to in Cleveland. Tons of space, lots of people, large variety of seating options. It’s busy, it worth it. Coffee is excellent, breakfast sandwiches so good. Great vibe and energy. Gotta check this place out if you are in town.

Coffee was great. The vibe in this location is unlike anywhere else in Cleveland. Great for studying or a coffee date!

Pretty good breakfast items but ok service (nice but disorganized staff), ok coffee/tea but this place does have a beautiful building. Strongly recommended Recommend the Brooklyn avocado toast.

Highly recommend! I got their breakfast sandwich and a latte. It’s definitely not a cozy coffee shop cafe but it’s modern and sleek and buzzing with people working! I loved it.

Best vanilla latte I’ve ever had but omg, the burrito I ordered today was horrible. SO dry, overcooked eggs 🤢and cheese was almost non existent. At least add more cheese if it’s going to be that dry. The ingredients just kinda crumbled out onto the to-go container.
