Over priced coffee not special at all
im obsessed with this place! staff is amazing and drinks are always delicious. i need the sweet foam on every drink 😍 my new favorite coffee spot!
Love the Akron location and even the new one in Cuyahoga Falls. We got a Bear Cup iced coffee with oat milk. Both coffees had coffee grinds in it, I asked for mine to be remade. It still had coffee grinds but this time no ice and was made with regular milk. Can only imagine how many other peoples Mother’s Day started off wrong due to someone not being able to clean the espresso machine free of coffee grinds. Simple task. Don’t be lazy. For $6 a medium coffee at least try to compete with Starbucks.
Order 2 bagels and 2 drinks and they forgot one of my drink. Egg had no flavor. Barely any cream cheese on the bagel . Won’t be seeing me again
The first time I went I was hopeful for a new place to try. I ordered a caramel latte and it tasted like black coffee despite asking for extra cream and sugar. When I paid for my order I was a little taken back by the girl taking the card (I saw the car in front of me she gave them the machine to do it themself) I didn't mind her doing it but it made me uncomfortable with her still holding my card and asking for a tip..I decided to give them another try and ordered a caramel marshmallow iced coffee with cream and sugar and again tasted like just straight black coffee. Unfortunately I won't be back.
I was excited for this place to open, having tried other locations. I’ve been here twice and it's not so good unfortunately.
Staff was very nice! I ordered a regular coffee and bagel sandwich. My coffee is delicious, very hot and fresh. My bagel sandwich looks amazing. While I waited at the drive-thru window, the girl asked me about my day and was very kind. She even gave me a rewards card. It's nice to have another great coffee shop in the area.
New Biggby in Canton. Got breakfast and coffee before work. Sandwich and coffee were excellent. Got a rewards card. Every 13th coffee is free. Will be back.
Came this morning and ordered 2 caramel iced coffees and donut holes. The iced coffees were very bland and they did not add extra caramel and cream like I ordered. Then she hands me the coffees and there was coffee grinds all over the bottom of the cups so I tell the girl and she says it's just coffee grinds. Rude! The donut holes are cold which is wierd. I'll stick with Dunkin!
Best coffee! Mgt and staff are super friendly. Location is perfect for fast in and out.
The coffee was great
Pretty good for something different. A bit pricey but not bad, no more than your usual Starbucks or Dunkin'. Usually always a long wait. I'm typically still satisfied with experience despite all of this, but I had my first bad experience today of three visits, and my sandwich is so burnt on top it's impossible to chew through. Disappointed but I'm sure just a fluke, accidents happen when you're getting slammed with customers. Still do good job overall and I got coupons for a 99 cent drink I just used today so I'm still happy!
Super nice staff. Coffee tasted amazing I been getting a new coffee every day before work and have loved them all!
This place was mayhem 10 people waiting for their orders they have no system to keep track of who is getting what 3 people order the same sandwich and don't know they aren't the only one and just walk up and take it when it's called out. I ordered 8 items they all came up at different times instead of all together and I ended up with someone else sandwich, and it wasn't something I would want. They should have names or #'s for the orders and keep them all together
The staff was incredibly friendly and they make the best tea. My wife who always throws away get Starbucks or dunkin donuts coffee drank every last drop. I highly recommend this establishment!
Had the best experience at Biggby! Love their coffee and the food - definitely a must!!!

Definitely some of the best tasting coffee around here, my only gripe was I didn’t like the lid too much but everything else was great 10/10
The golden chai turmeric drink is fantastic. I had it hot but i will have to try it iced next time. Easy drive thru and friendly staff.
Love this new coffee spot. Good tasting coffee and food. Be patient with them while they are learning the ropes and give them extra time. Welcome to Canton!!
