Super sad this place seems to not care about the third shift customers 😭 don't Wana have to drive all the way to defiance and then back thru here :( other than that it's amazing.. possibly look into having later hours
Food and drinks delicious! Love that when I get an iced beverage it's not all ice and little beverage.
This is about the only coffee shops in town that I can trust to always be consistent in the taste of my drinks!
The bariatas are very friendly and have great customer service skills
ONE way in- One way out. A left turn into the lot is probably impossible. Just turn around in the double Arches parking lot.

Super slow, which I understand since it is a newer place. I ordered a SF mocha and they gave me a SF peppermint mocha. I told them that it wasn't suppose to be peppermint(which I hate or else it would've been no big deal) They took it back and gave me it back. I took a sip and realized that they only took out the sprinkle and put more mocha flavoring in it. When I called them, because I was already to Sherwood by the time I took a sip because I trusted they did their job right, they were rude about it. I absolutely love Biggby coffee but will never stop here again. I will be driving out if my way to go to Defiance from now on.

I just wanna apologize on behalf of my grandpa who doesn't know how to order food via drive thru. Anyway, got that one banana drink and spent the next few hours in the bathroom. Not their fault. I'm just lactose intolerant. Tasted good tho.

This place is the BOMB ! The bragel sandwiches are the most delicious breakfast sandwiches I have ever had ! I have tried several different drinks, all of them wonderful, but the frozen hot chocolate is my favorite. The staff are always cheerful and helpful !
