Can't really complain, only been there once.
I really loved the iced caramel coffee. I'd love to stop by again. Since it is a smaller space, you can often hear the conversations of the staff. I don't know whether someone was having a bad day, but it got a bit gossipy at some points.
Great alternative to SB -- espresso is toasty -- they actually know how to make a cappucino right!! Goodbye mermaid!

Never once has my drink been wrong here. Not once has it been anything other than absolute FIRE! Staff is always nice and efficient. And it’s cheaper than Starbucks
Coffee was ground into a dirty portafilter caked with old grounds rather than rinsed between shots. Coffee was bitter. No foam in my latte. Wouldn’t recommend.

Stopped for coffee and breakfast and 3 of the drinks were made wrong. I Also ordered a turkey, avocado, bacon and egg sandwich and it was missing the turkey and avocado. I didn’t have a great experience this time, but past experiences were definitely better. Joe Maxx in Brecksville on Saturday October 8th.
Me and my wife really like this small coffee shop. We come here very often for a soy latte or for their coffee, both very good, during our bicycle rides around Brecksville. The service is always good, all the people who work here are kind and they make us feel very welcome. Usually we get here in the morning or in the early afternoon, but sometimes, like today, even in the evening.
Joe Maxx is my favorite local coffee shop in the Northfield/Brecksville/Macedonia area. Parking can be a little tight, but they easily have the best Flat Whites in the area. They even sell whole bean coffee, which is becoming harder to find at the super market. Definitely worth a visit
I'm from out of town and stopped by here for a quick bite before going for a hike at Cuyahoga Valley. I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant, and my husband got a donut and a bagel. Everything was fantastic from the service to the flavor to the prices. Definitely wish we had something like this back home! Highly recommend.
Joe Maxx Coffee Shop is a New Favorite! Picked up coffees and sandwiches for work. Everyone loved them! Had the Black and Tan Coffee... my new favorite!! Cant wait to go back. Staff was super helpful!

My boyfriend and I look forward to Saturday’s not just because we get a day off work, but we get to go to Joe Max where the employees start our weekend off right every time! There is laughter and smiling on the job while getting tasks done in a timely manner. It’s so incredibly refreshing to see people love what they do and who they work with! 😄I really hope their corporate office gives them nothing but praise because they offer some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. A plus is the food and coffee, sandwiches are always piping hot and the coffee is consistently delicious. Not to mention the relaxing atmosphere! Can’t wait for the next visit because I know we’ll leave happy, full, and ready for the day ahead. ☺️
