Great coffee and the owner is exceptional.
Very nice team and great espresso!
I moved into the apartment building across the street this summer and, although I own a Nespresso, am a frequent customer as of late. The coffee is always super delicious and I love cycling through their seasonal menus. Quiche is absolutely delicious as well, no matter what the ingredients of the day are. I have always had very pleasant exchanges with the baristas and owner.
Super friendly staff. Wonderful options
I deliver product to them and they have been nothing but kind even before I was a paying customer. Service is really good, coffee is good as well! Also I highly recommend the peanut butter mocha.
Great patio in warmer weather...nice "neighborhood" gathering spot. Very welcoming and courteous owner and staff...baked goods are fresh and tasty, drinks are "on the money". Check it out !!!
Found this hidden gem in my neighborhood and it is my favorite coffee shop not just for me but for the kiddos too 😊
Very nice employees, but the owner is crass and unprofessional. She was making racist jokes and later yelled at one of her employees to the point of tears and with a shop full of customers. The shop itself has decent coffee, but smells mildly of mildew with water visibly dripping from the corner ceiling. Quiche tasted okay, but later caused GI upset. Not going back until there is new ownership. Disappointing as this is a very convenient alternative to Starbucks when I'm in town visiting family. To the owner's response - they have these cool things called planes that allow me to visit from the distant land of Texas. I wish you the best of luck preferably in a different endeavor.
First time ordering iced coffee from here and their sugar free caramel was delish!
We went here for the first time, as our first stop on the Columbus coffee trail and they did not disappoint! Had the Highlander Grogg and Gautemalan drip coffee and both were superb. Great atmosphere, fantastic customer service and lots of seasonal specialty drink options for when we come back!
The breakfast is delicious however the hours need to be communicated correctly. I drove 30 minutes for them to be closed.
Wow the banana bread coffee cake is amazingly good as well as the coffee.
Owner is unbelievable rude to her employees and customers she acts oblivious and has no intention to make money or business better by keeping her regular customers satisfied. I drink coffee everyday and they won’t get another penny from me again
First time visiting the Bexley Coffee Shop, the location is Okay but the service was terrible. I ordered a Macchiato and I was asked if I wanted a “real Macchiato or a Starbucks Macchiato “, I asked what was the difference she rudely responded Starburst Macchiato’s aren’t real and they just give a fancy name to upcharge you because it’s actually a latte. Well in addition to the inside of the place looking unclean and dark the macchiato and latte my friend and I I ordered was terrible, we asked if we could switch for something different and got no response, so we left both drinks there and went to Panera (very friendly people) The rude lady training at the Bexley Coffee Shoo should not be training anyone because you always want to have great customer service. We have been visiting different coffee shops every weekend for a while and this by far the worst.
Good cup of coffee, friendly people, nice spot with a great patio to enjoy your coffee.
The quiche was cold and seemed like it had been made a while ago. The coffee was decent. The place is shabby. There was a lot of mail on the coffee table and a weird exposed storage area with a microwave in the 'lobby', which was closed for any seating. Maybe the microwave was for customers to heat their own food?
Cute place! Friendly staff. And delicious maple bacon scones!
The owner yells at her employees when theres customers in the shop. It’s trashy and no one should talk to their employees that way. Go support a different small business. Absolutely appalling.
The owner of this establishment thinks its appropriate to demean and belittle employees in front of guests. I would think twice about spending my money here and go somewhere else, where employees are treated with kindness and decency. Additionally, I see them posting on Facebook, citing "staffing needs" as the reason. I'll make it clear to the owner: it's not a "them" problem, it's a "YOU" problem. High turnover is frequent here and that's a BAD business practice, let alone a waste of money and resources. Treating people with kindness and investing in them will help you out, not only with your staffing needs but you'll also increase the quality of service you're giving out AND you'll save money on hiring and firing costs ! Just a friendly hint for this not-so-friendly owner ❤
Not a very nice place. I was stranded with a broke down car needing to use the bathroom. This place was closed not 5 min ago but wouldn't let me use their facilities. Shame on them. I am stranded 40 miles from home and I couldn't use their bathroom for 30 seconds. Wow. Just wow
