Seriously delicious. Cute decor. Fast courteous service. Food was so so good. It's a little off the normal "Amish country" road through Sugar Creek/Berlin - but so worth it. The shrimp and grits should be at the top of your list if you decide to visit.

Really delicious food. And reasonably priced. The shrimp and grits were divine. Would recommend to anyone looking for great food and hearty portions.

It's a fav. We order bubble tea or lemonade. They have a coffee bar. Favorite dishes are salad, chicken club, BLT, roast beef, breakfast is great! Wait time is usually 20 minutes but have waited 40 before.

My experience at East Main was nothing less than great. The. Food. Is. AMAZING. I definitely recommend the buffalo chicken dip as well as the espresso layer cake. The waitresses and hostess were all very friendly and made us feel at home. Thank you East Main for an exceptional evening. 🤍

New favorite place to eat!! So happy to have stumbled upon this place. Not your typical restaurant that you find when your in Amish Country, the food is SO much better. We went for breakfast and absolutely cannot wait to go back for dinner. The staff was amazing and very attentive and honestly probably the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever seen. Well done East Main Kitchen, you will have us as patrons for life😊

This is a must whenever we are in Amish Country! The food is delicious and the price to portion is generous. There’s a big variety in the menu too so there’s really something for everyone.

Great menu! The bubble tea 🧋, steak, and fried mushrooms were delicious! You're able to buy wine at the winery across the street to drink with your meal. Highly recommend!

The jewel of the community. In a place that’s full to to the brim with touristy buffet style restaurants, this place in Baltic is a genuine treasure.

Excellent food. Presentation is excellent. Cooked to perfection. Excellent quantity. Not your mom and pop diner. But not an uppity restaurant either. Just a good mix of both.

We were here a few years ago and enjoyed it just as much the second time! My husband got a ribeye steak, and I got roast beef and mashed potatoes. Our daughter got a salad with chicken and tomato basil soup. Everything was very good! Creme brulee & an affagotta topped it off!

Had the Reuben with their own slow roasted brisket. 5 stars! Super tender and juicy with great kraut. My wife's blackened grouper was super mild and flaky. We had a sample of the "special" of steak and mushroom pasta in white sauce, WOW! Definitely a home run!! We will be back!! Had the blackened sea bass tonite. WINNER!! Super tender, flaky, and tasty.

Stopped for dinner on a Tuesday evening. Friendly hostess, great seating and decor, accommodating waitress and tasty drinks. The chef did outstanding with the dinners. The Waygu Fillett done on the Big Green Egg was the best beef we have ever had! Thanks for a memorable night.

Visit Baltic, Oh and eat here! Fantastic food and a busy, fun atmosphere. The server and barista were friendly and attentive. My coffee, Signature Maple & Brown Sugar Breve, was amazing. Thick, aromatic, and delicious! I ordered the Chicken Tenders Club and Fries. Fantastic choice! The Fried Green Beans we awesome, too! My son ordered cheesecake with raspberry and declared it a winning choice. East Main is with a visit!
