I cannot believe that in the case of an emergency the manager would not make a call for me nor would they let me use their phone to call for help! It’s not the cashiers fault. Dec 30, 2022 Ran in to get a drink and my key fob would not work when I went outside, phone on dash, coat in car and parked near the doors , key wouldn’t work in lock either due to being replaced. After considerable wait time clerk asked manager and they said nope , can’t use the phone . At least 20 people heard my dilemma but not one volunteer to make a call for me so I could get into my car. This was my first visit to this spot and I come to town often It will be my last Do you think one police car drove by? Nope , judging from the clientele ? They should patrol more often .. i understand not letting the public use the phone but I doubt that’s a big issue anymore I’m the cell phone age. However, when a customer is in distress and there’s an emergency ? Maybe you could have been more or some what helpful!! Unreal !!

I use to love this place. I was a daily customer for the last 5+ years. And I do mean everyday. A convenience store becomes inconvenient when they become a consistently out of stock gas station, which is exactly what has happened to this place over the last several months.

Holiday gas stations seem to pop up and then disappear out of nowhere I believe they have a hard time making a profit when the margins are so low and then employees around here seem to not want to try
Horrible!!! They discriminate against disability humans!!!! They lie and force you to use cash instead of SNAP!!!! Tom and Melissa Howes will be hearing of this so will valley news live!!!!
If you are playing the Circle K game do not go to the store as this is not a Circle K store as advertised. The store is very lacking also in customer service
This store as very low customer service. It's employees are rude each and every time I come in. I called the store to ask if they had an item in stock because the last few days they've been out. I was told "Really? You couldn't come in?"

Getting expensive
Great customer service in my experience but the pumps/pump handles really need to be replaced. Will quit filling when tank is not full or overfill.
That ones my favorite one because my friend harley was here i don't know when I'll see her some of these days I'll see what happens
Garbage gas pumps. Use another location.
the employees here can be pretty rude especially the night crew but they have a good selection of food and drinks so still go here quite often
I just recently visited this location to merely break a bill, but unfortunately before I arrived I had just learned some of my personal property was damaged so I will admit I was visibly upset upon entering the store however, I still tried to conduct myself courteously and proceeded to ask the gentleman behind the counter to break my bill. He informed me he couldn't so I decided to make a purchase, I chose a small lighter. He then asked me for id. Then I had realized I didn't have my wallet and then had to try and look for something else small to buy and as I was grabbing some cookies the gentlemen behind the counter told me he would not serve me and to leave. So now being more distressed then before I had entered the store I turn and leave while the other two employees who had been standing around doing nothing begin to laugh at me. Now after this incident even tho this location is very conveniently located near me I will no longer fill my company vehicle or any other vehicle for that matter at this location, and I feel that these employees should be reprimanded for they're actions.
The cashier I had was really mean and I will probably never come back.
