Hadn't been there in a year or so. And today I got reminded why I haven't bothered. I ordered 12oz steak and eggs. And I received a 12oz piece of meat with 6 Oz of fat and overcooked. Was very disappointed. This place has really went down hill. No wonder I would pass by and see now always with an empty parking lot
I always try to hit Better-B's when I come up.
The food at this Cafe is extremely good and the wait staff is very friendly.
Walked in and got a seat. Waited for over 15 minutes and watched two different waitresses help other people who walked in after I did. There was only 3 other tables that were occupied at the time. Your staff needs to pay attention to what’s going on in their surroundings as this is the second time this has happend
The chicken fried chicken steak, hash browns, and fried eggs amazing
Food was good! Our waitress was just inexperienced and not coming back to check on table. Seemed more focused on her side work. Still overall a good experience and will return next time I'm in the area!
Trey is the bomb. Funniest guy in town, and great service 10/10
Small little dinner, pretty busy for only one server but the food was great and well worth the wait!
Due to lack of places to eat here in New Town, ND, Better B’s gets our business once in awhile. The food is mediocre to put it kindly. The service pretty much sucks most of the time and that’s for a simple take out. But the service industry has gone so far down that it has become the customers responsibility to make the employee happy. The regular burgers are horrible because it’s like a meatball on an oversized bun. They don’t flatten them out so you only get a couple bites of meat. Unless you get the smash burger which is flattened. The breakfast is mostly doable but still flavorless. But I’m glad to eat the boring food because that’s what there is.
Very good home style food, easily one of the better breakfasts I’ve had in the area.
This restaurant reflects all the charm of Newtown North Dakota.
Food is ok, but the short old lady makes me not want to go back. She pushy borderline rude. I was just waiting for her to tell a customer, idc...
Poor service didn’t bring all our food we ordered. Food was ok
This place is unable to toast bread let alone make anything else. Occasionally will call in a to-go order when I'm coming through for work. Every time they burn the toast so badly that it is inedible. The quality would be better if they used two pieces of charcoal for their breakfast sandwiches instead of toast. Theu also don't seem to understand why its a problem to burn bread so badly that it turns to ash. Hygiene isn't something that exists here. Not a lot of options in New Town, if you're thinking about getting breakfast here on your way to work... just eat your money instead, it'll taste better and offer more nutrition.
Always have had good food there since 2012. UPDATE We were in there about a month ago and almost barfed. We ordered two drinks and as the waitress was making them, I saw her cough into both drinks. Are you kidding me? In this day and age now? She never covered her mouth. We almost walked out. Needless to say, we did not touch those drinks. Also, it was not very clean in there. We used to like going there.
Great food and service there
The floor was dirty inside and really worn out. The waitresses were working quickly to take care of the full tables. The food was ok but portions were on the small side. I went to the ladies room and it was... interesting.
Not my first time here but it was my first time there with family from out of state the food was amazing as always and the service was also amazing
Great service, awesome food, and good portions. Had an amazing breakfast.
A great place to stop if you’re passing through New Town! Seems to be a favorite with the locals too. Menu has wide variety, comfort food, and breakfast all day. Food served fast!
