So my mom and I came in to ask for milkshakes - they literally made it without milk and used ice cubes. We notified them and did not offer to remake or anything just was talking back and forth between themselves, didn't even offer to take it off the ticket. very poor customer service and the manager didn't even apologize she just gave our ticket and walked away. we won't be coming back. horrible isn't even the word i could use right now. And she walked out og the restaurant arguing with us
