drinks were wayy too sweet even when we asked for 50% sweetness. the boba was impossible to chew and felt hard and stale

Nice little cute tea and ice cream place. I liked the delicious boba tea and the ice cream for what it was. Because the store is small, options are a little limited compared to the ones I like to go to downtown. I do like that they don't skimp on the boba. They we're definitely generous in that regard. It's also nice when they're a little closer to where I live compared to downtown and open on Sunday. Cons are, the tea is a little pricier compared to other places but I think we can say that's due to the convenience of the store's location for some. As for the ice cream, you'd be better off buying some ice cream from Costco. The quality is much better and so is the price. In comparison, the ice cream quality at Kones isn't worth the price you pay for with how small the portion are. As for the flavors, they are limited and "okay". Nothing like I anticipated it to be like the price would suggest. Staff were very nice. Update: always difficult to order on door dash with Kones. Often it's listed unavailable or they cancel my order. Very frustrating.
This place is so fun. Great vibe, staff are always so nice and helpful, and the food is awesome. I highly recommend the Royal Milk Tea bubble tea, the S'mores Bubble Waffle, and the chocolate gelato! I do want to note, a lot of people say the "ice cream" is bland or not as creamy as they expected. This is because it is gelato, not ice cream. Ice cream uses cream, while gelato uses whole milk. This makes gelato a lot lighter and more refreshing than ice cream. I've tried multiple flavors and they have plenty of flavor. I think the issue is people expecting ice cream out of gelato. Just be aware and enjoy!!

Soso. Nice for high-school age and younger. Peppermint ice cream is a miss.
Milk teas with Boba were good. The kids animal themed gelato cups are adorable! Fun place to go!

We always had this ice cream but last time I don’t know what happened it’s rally bad We had pistachio before it’s color and milk now and mango is v less more sugar Vv sad that there are v few shops in Fargo that has good ice cream but not any more ! Please fix it other wise no one will like your icecream
My BF and me were really excited to try this ice cream place I heard such things about,waited 10 min and nobody waited on us,there was nobody in the store,really disappointed to say the least.
Went there to eat ice cream in the evening, and this black young girl was just super rude, never say hi, never say there you go, hey miss if you don't wanna work there then just quit, she never ever said a word, let me know if you want me to go behind the counter and serve my ice cream as well, worst service ever, im not returning there, the ice cream is bad, drinks are bad, and service is also bad.
New owners, similar vibe and offerings. Competitive price and fun animal designs. Poster says soon serving hot drinks. Customer had a spill in front of the counter and when staff were informed, they quickly came out to clean up. Not overly busy and service was pretty fast.

Our ABSOLUTE favorite place to go! The entire staff are amazing and so friendly! We love all the yummy gelato and the BOBA Teas! My favorite is the Honeydew Milk Tea with Crystal Boba yummy!!!
Was told fifteen minute wait for waffle (signature item). Out of waffle cones. Poorly trained staff in customer service. Expensive for the product. Not great gelato.
This was a most delicious stop. First time going and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Tons of patience with our kiddos too. Super cute treats and will be a new must stop when we are around Fargo. The snickers flavor was very much like a snickers but more nutty I loved it.
Smoothie wasn’t mixed well. You can taste the syrup.. gross
This place is small but awesome so many different options. I got the milk tea with tapioca pearls it was a little strong for me, but I think many people would enjoy I added a little cream and it was amazing!
