Service and atmosphere great but the mocha I got went straight into the trash. Worst mocha I’ve ever had in 20 years.

The baristas here are always so sweet and incredibly helpful! Thank you so much for being so accommodating with my coffee order, I know it can be a bit extra. They also have the cutest travel cups, I ended up getting the sky blue one and it’s been working like a charm!
They are very reliable, and there customer service is great
Very Slow. They were counting tips while we waited 15 minuets at the window.
The young girls behind the counter sometimes goof around and you have to wait for them to stop laughing at eat other to get your drink even when you're the only one there and three of them are behind the counter. And I'm not sure they're even adding an extra shot whenever I order one.... all I can taste is the chocolate... :/
Great coffee, fantastic ambience, wonderful service; what’s not to love?
Hands down one of my favorite coffee shops across this country. The atmosphere, the staff, the product quality - all are above and beyond! 😊
Amazing customer service. And the huckleberry green tea is fantastic.
I ordered a drink and a English muffin, I got the drink quickly and it was good, the muffin though, I was waiting for 20 minutes for it, they weren’t super busy, and I kept trying to get someones attention but they just ignored me, they kept looking at me nobody said anything or asked if I was waiting for something which I clearly was and trying to get their attention was impossible. Overall I will not be going to this location again.
This place doesn't have very good options as other coffee places. Do not go.
Nice place. Clean. The two ladies working in there were nice, helpful and make great beverages. I got the Mocha frappe with some whipped cream and drizzle. It was delicious and filled to the top.
Espresso shots are very watery. Even coffee is weak . Looks like they use those fully automated espresso machines that never make good shots. Other then that staff was nice just bad coffee.
Always a good experience stopping here on our way through.
I swung through the drive-thru of City Brew coffee, the coffee here was excellent, the staff were also very friendly and attentive. I had no concerns with cost or quality of service and product. Coffee tasted better than Starbucks, which is very impressive.

I came in with my kids, the staff rolled their eyes at each other at my kids—so rude!— and the music is totally inappropriate for children…we’re never coming back, for sure.
Make a good latte. Their rewards program is very good.
