Beautiful place to sit and study or talk with someone. The owners are building Sayso coffee from the ground up. It’s the perfect local coffee shop to support. They offer a variety of milks. Customer connections are well done and the baristas are friendly as well as thorough. They work hard and quickly, I was ultimately more than satisfied with my experience at Sayso.
Visited on a Tuesday morning. There was only one other customer. The barista kept chatting with the customer and was making himself espressos. He saw me but didn’t let me know how soon he would be able to help me. I was in a rush so I didn’t end up getting anything. I’m sure the coffee is great but it would be nice for them to be a bit more sensitive to time especially on a workday morning. The inside is super nice and clean.
Best coffee shop in Winston by a longshot
Really good cappuccino!
Not much coffee selection
Excelente atención y rico café, sin embargo solo ofrecen aperitivos los fines de semana.
Best coffee in Winston by a country mile. Proper brew temps, excellent espresso extraction, the only place you can get a good pour over, and excellent iced coffee. The staff has always been super friendly.
Nice, inviting space. Minimalist type decor. friendly service.
Nice new location. More expensive than most other coffee shops
Very good coffee. Friendly service.
Love the new location as a co-work space
Coffee is amazing, great quality poor overs and foamy capuchino. This location is bigger than the WSPH, and has individual tables, ideal for writing or just sipping coffee.
LOVE Sayso Coffee!!! They make an amazing oat milk cappuccino and Rebekah’s bakery treats are out of this world!! Really enjoyed their beautiful new location on Brookstown!
Our favorite coffee in Winston. Great people too.
Friendly staff and a great cup of coffee.
The coffee was fun and delicious. The folks behind the counter were very friendly and their recommendations were spot on!
Best playlists in the triad. Spicy mocha is A+++ and will set you right.
Nice little place. Coffe was good, it is quite expensive.
Just what we need in crisis time! Some Sayso with outdoor seating! I Say it is So! Public House! Sayso! - Coffee in hand; yes! To go! - Your brain will thank you! Pastries on some days - make a point to get those days! - fill your tummy Good!
This place has a special place in my heart as an early introduction to specialty coffee. They serve good coffee, have all the bases covered and something to offer to anyone. The space is great for work, study, and conversation and socializing. Sayso has lots of events and is invested in the community, so that's great to see in a coffee shop. Every interaction with the baristas I've had, have been great. And we love to see Black & White served in a shop, they do it justice. All in all, my favorite hometown coffee shop, and one I make an effort to visit every time I visit home.
