Biscuitville is one of my favorite places to get food but this one is losing business by running drive through only. No other Biscuitville I’ve seen is drive through only. I can’t think of a logical reason why they would limit business.🤷♂️
The lines merge and people are constantly cutting others off ..that's my only complaint.
Food was prepared correctly, and it was hot and ready to eat. Besides the line in the drive-thru, everything else was great.

Biscuitville tends to deliver a good quality of service and food no matter the location --at least in my experience. This location has never cut corners on me and always gives exactly what I ask for, which when I order for my wife, can be a whole specialized order of "extra this" and "hold the (whatever)". They have even humored me and added the hash brown on the biscuit, which I haven't had as an option since Tudor Biscuit, back home in WV (hey... give it a whirl. It's a brave new world, folks). Recently I've been trying the Carmel Iced coffee, and while it's a bit sweet for my taste, it's still a fine option considering you have a Starbucks next door to this location and don't have to drive over there and wait for ten minutes in the drive thru to pay three dollars more for something with a little more caffeine. It just works out better while I'm already here. 🤙🏼 No one's ever been rude to us here, they always ask if we need condiments in the drive thru and you can tell the food is hot and fresh--not hanging out under some heat lamp for twenty minutes. Give that spicy chicken & honey a shot, folks.
The food is fine but the drivethru is always a line and people will try to come in from the street and jump in front of 7 cars in the name of there being two lanes. This blocks people that dine in from being able to get out of their parking spots. Terrible parking lot setup. Need some lines and "drive thru", "exit" and "drive tru lane splits here" signs for all the ignorant ones otherwise these who try to do it correctly suffer.

Left items off our order, they did fix it but were not apologetic and did not offer anything complementary as a "make up." They did not give a military/veteran discount while other Biscuitvilles do. The food, coffee, sweet tea, and customer service were inferior to other Biscuitvilles that I've been to. It highly unlikely that I will ever visit this Biscuitville again.
My first time trying this place, but it was okay. Nothing to write home about. Probably wouldn't try it again.

Biscuitville is hands down the best place to get a breakfast biscuit.
Quality of food ,and customer. Service drive thru was very cordial.
Love the food. Just wish the drive thru was faster. Was one car from the pay window and seen a customer walk in and come back out with food before I even got to the window where they hand the food out. When I arrived I was the 2nd car from the order speaker and by the time I pulled out 22 minute went by. I keep wishing they'll bring the Peach Muffin back. I'd wait 30 minutes in line for one of those.

First time and wanted to try the food. Service was fast and the employee was very sweet. Food was good as well.
Great breakfast and quality but deducting a couple stars for how slow they've become. One of the drive thru lanes is 90% of the time closed now and a lot of times the first window isn't taking payment so the line gets really long in the morning. So be sure to have some extra time if you plan to come here. EDIT: reduceded to two stars simply because the workers are nice, seems they've gotten even slower and they stopped selling the honey bun which was the best thing on the menu EDIT 2: Reduced to 1 star. You can go to the grocery store and make everything yourself faster than getting through their drive thru.
