I recommend this place to everyone who will listen to me. The drinks have never disappointed- they're always incredibly tasty and they have a WEALTH of options, so there is something for everyone quite literally. Their plain flavored fruit teas still stand as my favorites, though the milk teas are also incredible. The food is also good- it may be a bit pricey for portion sizes, but it's always been so delicious. I love the popcorn chicken, and the pork katsu is incredible. The staff are also very kind and courteous, and patient when I get a little too specific on my orders, haha. All in all, I recommend coming here for some of the best boba you'll likely find in Winston. I've tried other places and none of them still can compare to the selection and quality here.
Really good Ramen and Boba tea.
Very delicious drinks, I really enjoy the Matcha Pearl Latte. Service is great too!
LOVED the food & the bubble teas, we went back the same day to try more bubble teas, all were great. Food was plentiful, hot & delicious. ❤️
Delicious food and drinks, as well as the kindest people working. I will definitely be back next time I’m in NC.
Plastic, manufactured experience. The food tasted like it was made by machines. The Boba teas are too sweet. The ramen bowls had a strange texture. The staff was friendly, but they asked me to come up to the counter to pick up my tray during a very slow part of the day, and I thought that was weird. The whole experience reminded me that we've allowed our lives to be taken over by the artificial. I'm scared for the future.
Service was ok. But honestly there's much better food and boba tea/milk tea elsewhere at a much better price.
after purchasing a cup of their Jasmine Green Tea and taking a sip of it I knew immediately that something was off... I requested to see what the tea was made of but I was not able to get that answer, I tasted pure chemicals... like fabric softener or worse... I had to spit as much as I could to get the chemicals from seeping into my nervous system, I requested an additional cup with the plastic lid they press on via a machine to see where the chemicals came from, I also analyzed the straw to make sure the chemicals didn't come from there, additionally I requested a sample straight from their tea urn, ultimately, I was not able to conclude where the chemicals came from because all of my nervous system was under the influence of the chemicals I was not able to spit out, & the ducts of my submandibular gland are tender and in pain.. I also suspect I would of had a psychological adverse effect if I had continued to drink the tea.... after reading the reviews I have come to the conclusion that my case is not isolated; they have a history of serving unethical foods and drinks by violating health standards and proper food quality... I suspect they keep their teas with their cleaning chemical agents or there was a cross contamination of these two things... I deem it dangerous to consume beverages at this particular location... I also wonder if they are cutting corners for profit or if they are malignantly and deliberately poisoning the public and don't care...
Milk tea and boba does not have any taste at all. It’s like drinking cold water with added color. Ramen noodles are overcooked and taste like instant noodles. Tapsilog is average but the garlic rice for added 2$ is not worth it. Cannot tell the difference between steamed rice and garlic rice. Pork katsu is pretty okay.
I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen with added black garlic oil and the Earl Grey milk tea with lychee jelly. The tea was great. The ramen was missing on one major thing. The eggs were hard boiled and obviously not the traditional marinated eggs, shoyu tamago. I love the rich flavor of a jammy yolk. One of the egg halves was tough it was just overcooked. The flavor was okay, but it is obvious they are not attempting authentic ramen. Otherwise it was okay, but for the price I could have made it at home better.
Not a good experience. Took my mom here for boba and hoped for great Filipino food. Ended up both getting sick from the food we ate. Either the boba was bad or their cleaning techniques are not up to standard. The pancit had little to no flavor and the beef was mostly just fat. The portion size is not equivalent to the price of the food.
Such good boba and so many choices !
The Absolute best Ramen I've ever had!
The food was not good at all. This is my first google food review and literally I’m sick to my stomach at the moment after just taking a couple bites of the fried chicken. Don’t get me started on the prices it’s ridiculous. Yeah it’s a no from me. Staff were very friendly though.
1st time was nice very pricey but if you like this kind of food it's worth it the halo was amazing and I have a new addiction to ube. Good amount of food
Went here on a Sunday at 12:00 pm (right when they opened). It was not busy, food didn’t take a long time to get (about 20 minutes), and it was fresh/hot. The staff was nice and helpful. My family had the rice cakes, classic kdog, and chicken bites. The classic kdog was AMAZING, although I liked the mozzarella side better. All the food was good. It seems that they have resolved the wait time issue, or I suggest you go at a time that they are not busy to fully enjoy their food.
Great ambiance, quality food & it’s been consistent each time we’ve gone (3 times). The portion sizes aren’t huge, but the prices match the size. Love the sauces & you cannot go wrong with their drinks. Only reason we rated 4 instead of 5 is the service. Staffed with teenage girls, which have always given a too casual/relaxed feel. Also, have seen them eating behind the cash register which isn’t hygienic for a restaurant.
We recently discovered this restaurant and absolutely love it. They are very friendly and the food and boba teas are delicious.
A fusion of delicious Asian delicacies. Don't just try one, try all!
Great food! Milk tea tasted dirty, cant explain it. We've been here before and it was amazing, but recently it hasnt been that great. People are super nice and food is delicious!
