My friend and I walked in to see what they had .two people at front did not say anything but called for someone to come to the front. We said hello ask is that carrot cake was told yes and quite rudely told we closed at 530p not one once but twice. It was 539p when we walked in. Was not told by the two females when we walked in that they were close . Poor customer service. Will not be back again .should have locked the door. Will take my business elsewhere. Had to give one star so I could write this review.
I moved here recently and was struggling to find coffee I really enjoyed. This place hits the spot. Great coffee and pastries. I’m a new regular

I love this place Any time I can drive by it on my way some where else I do...and I grab a cold brew and at least one pastry! The Tiramisu is my absolute favorite (not always available) but totally worth it 🤩
Always greeted with a smile from the staff here and they make an amazing coffee. Have never had a bad experience! I get the same drink everyday (iced caramel macchiato - extra shot of espresso) and the consistency regardless of barista is truly something to brag about. Love that the staff suggests different options when feedback is given on treats! For example, I love the rosemary/goat cheese biscuit (honey drizzle - yum), but wanted more goat cheese. The barista at the counter suggested the goat cheese croissant… chefs kiss. Exactly what my tastebuds wanted! Cakes are great. GF options are great. Even the ice cream is great. If you haven’t been, you need to go!
I had tried and tried to find someone to make me a relatively small wedding cake, with no luck, and I was running out of time. Stacey made me a single layer, simple and elegant, beautiful cake on short notice, and it was perfect. Thank you so much!
Had a blueberry lemon bar and a cold brew and both were delicious. Staff was friendly and attentive. Love this spot.
Hands down the best iced coffee I have had in Winston in a very long time. They also have a huge selection of sweets and very friendly staff!

Great products every time from Baked Just So! They’ve done two of my son’s birthdays and it’s always amazing! You are paying a premium but they are worth it and always do a great job!
I ordered a cake for my friend's birthday and could not have been happier with how it came out. I asked for a sunflower themed cake and sent a picture what I would like and it exceeded my expectations. Not only was it a gorgeous cake, but it tasted AMAZING. I will definitely be using Baked Just So for all of my cake needs in the future.
Two years in a row I ordered birthday cakes for my daughter’s birthday from baked just so. Both times I picked up the birthday cake, they were not as I ordered them. I guess I should have learned my lesson the first time, but I thought I’d give them another chance. I would not recommend ordering anything from baked just so. Save money and got to Wmart!
This is my go to place for client meetings, coffee dates and just to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. I can't say enough about BJS, the personalized cakes are amazing, the coffee is the best in town, the baked goods are delicious and the staff are wonderful. They even have ice cream!!!!!
Best pastries and cakes in Winston-Salem! Her chocolate cake is to die for! Best cinnamon rolls that my family fights over!

The lattes are always better than Starbucks, the croissants could be considered a love language in and of themselves, and the staff is always polite and prompt. Hands down the best bakery in Pfafftown!
Visited recently and greeted with a smile! My family loves fresh pastries and this bakery happens to be just 5 minutes from my home! We havent been disappointed yet! Some of our faves include the croissants, cinnamon rolls and lemon bars!! Its a weekly visit now! 🥰
