I had a blueberry London fog with upcharge for the non dairy "milk" I can tolerate, AND they are dog friendly !

Super cute spot with good coffee. Big, open environment with plenty of seating so you can get some work/studying done.

Rude staff but can't blame them since it's always severely understaffed. Sandwiches are soggy and the coffee isn't good.

A charming, cozy, and comfy rustic local coffee shop placed in a industrial setting with indie music in tow! Anchor ⚓ Coffee Co is probably my new favorite spot to chill and catch up on emails, socials medias, and coursework! It's the perfect escape from the chaos that's in currently engulfing our nation and the best perk me up that is very much needed at 7am in the morning! Would definitely recommend, it's in the innovation quarter and the staff is always pretty amazing, got a free ice coffee made my morning! Good times!

Funky new coffee shop that is a bit hard to find. Dark roast drip and cortado both good. Barista not very talkative, but did a great job on some cappuccinos.

The coffee was ok, but the experience was not. I'm usually pretty lenient about quality of service because I understand how frustrating dealing with needy customers can be, but it seemed like the girl behind the counter went out of her way to be rude. Just straight unprovoked disrespect when I hadn't even talked to her.

Decent lattes and spacious inside. Wanted to buy the whole beans but didn’t have a roast date marked.

Great coffee and convenient especially if you work close to Bailey power plant. Updated 2/2/23: I'm so excited they have sandwiches! I got the turkey pesto which came with my choice of chips for $9. The sandwich tastes great and happy to have another choice of lunch options close by.

Delicious, well-balanced coffee and espresso drinks with room to sit down and answer a few emails, hold a small, informal meeting or catch up with a friend. Transitions from day to evening with a generous selection of local tap selections. A go-to space downtown.

Excellent pour-overs. Mine was both fast and tasted great. I have visited a couple of times, and this is the only place I buy my beans from anymore.

Interesting space as with most places in Bailey Park/Coal Pit, but very cold and bleak compared to Black Mountain Chocolate just across the breezeway (but they are rarely open) AC needs some sound acoustics, softer furniture, softer music, more plants, color, or something. You got location down, but you don't have the right feel yet, imho. Easy fix with the right eye and the right lean towards good coffee shop atmosphere. Update: While no one reached out, things have improved a great deal. Still could use some acoustic help, but at least they are open when they say they will be, have started having live music, and the coffee drinks are quite good. Customer service is friendly and accommodating. Revised to 4 stars.

Very cool industrial coffee shop with great drink options and beer! It’s located in the Bailey power plant park and has many food and drink places to check out. This place was packed and we were lucky to find a seat, you know that’s always sign of a good business. The service was fine and the music is chill which is great for focusing on work or just hanging out. The interior is very spacious and minimal, they could use more seating especially how packed it gets. Very sad this place is not near where we live but we enjoyed our time spent here greatly, highly recommend!
