I absolutely love this place! They have the best drinks at great prices! Very professional and nice staff. Actually met the owner outside of the business and she was so sweet and kind. I highly recommend this place!
Drive thru only for now. The small 16oz Americano comes with FIVE shots of espresso. Wow! (Ps: you can ask them to reduce the number of shots) Super nice staff. Great service.
I’ve had this location and the one in Washington. The wait times are ridiculous and the coffee and frappes taste watered down. Sometimes gloves aren’t used when handling food.

I have been a customer ever since opening day of the Washington store and have personally never had a bad experience at any of the 3 locations. My go-to has always been an iced blueberry Leah, but I have started exploring the menu more within the past couple of months. No matter if I get a frappe, smoothie, iced coffee, or a specialty energy drink, it has always hit the spot! The staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful. Some even recommend new drinks to me based on what they already know I enjoy, which has resulted in me finding new favorites.
The boss is nasty , the managers are horrible ! And the place just needs to be shut down all together, thanks but no thanks I’ll stick to Starbucks !!!
I’ve been going to get coffee from Giddy Up in the Williamston area for a while. It’s always amazing service and great drinks. Giddy Up has never disappointed me. The Mango Strawberry smoothie is a most have whenever you go
You can’t go wrong with any flavor combination, but I especially love the Wrangler and the Brittany. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the staff are friendly and full of suggestions if you’re not sure what you want.
The baristas greeted me when I walked in, was very patient with helping me decide on a drink, and made the best coffee ever !!! Y’all are the best!
I have been going to Giddy up coffee consistently for a long time now, and every time I go the employees are the sweetest, my blueberry muffin is always warmed up and delicious and the coffee is amazing! Fantastic establishment. Very faithful to giddy up coffee! Keep being amazing!
Giddy up has amazing coffee and the staff is just as amazing. I live in Raleigh and visit williamston at least twice a month, and my first stop is always Giddy-up. The young ladies at the window ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY, AND EAGER TO HELP. SEE YALL SOON LADIES ❤️
I go to Giddy Up every time I am in Williamston. The staff is wonderful and the coffee is delicious and affordable. I recommend this place to everyone I know.
I always hear good things about this coffee shop. A variety of different flavors to add to your coffees. The hazelnut brew is one of my favorites! The staff is always friendly and recommends amazing drinks.
When visiting I always have an amazing experience. My daughter enjoys the frappes, my dog loves the pup cups and I enjoy the lemonades.
The coffee is extremely sub-par and there are soooo many horror stories about the way employees are treated + mold in the machines. Not a business worth going back to
I'm not pleased with the fact that I've been there several times for smoothies. To hear that the smoothie machine has MOLD is disgusting. On top of that this place has had rat droppings on the counter where the smoothies are made is DISGUSTING!! I will NEVER go back there again !! This place need to be SHUT DOWN!!
The coffee is amazing, the lattes are perfect, and the monster refreshers are to die for!!! also the danishes are bomb, love this place!!!
Love their coffee! Friendly staff! Great place! Update: I don't know what happened to this place. First, they decided to close at 3 p.m. all last summer. Then, the staff started getting orders wrong & then being rude when you (nicely) let them know their mistake. Now, they are closing the inside & trying to rent it out instead saying that's "the best thing for customers"....what are you thinking? It's to the point of being ridiculous.
Not happy with my experiences here. There is one girl in there that does great, she even remembered my order. They are “nice” but not friendly. They have horrible hours and have now closed the store and only drive thru is available and they always have a long line as is. I have seen multiple people leave due to how long it was taking more than once. The one time a drink was messed up they argued instead of just fixing it until the one girl that’s good made a new one. Excited for the new coffee shop that is opening.
