Called in to order breakfast and was told to hold on. The phone was put down and I listened to them going on about random stuff ended up hanging up after 7 minutes of it. Then tried calling back and the phone kept saying busy.
Very pricey considering the portion and quality of food
Breakfast is always hot and delicious! Everyone who works there is super sweet and caters in a timely manner. The waitress always gives my son quarters for the little machines and is always making him smile by interacting with him. Overall such a lovely place to go and eat with your family. Make sure to tip them good they deserve it!!!

Just wanted to give the biggest shout out to the WJ coffee house. The breakfast crew is the best. My food is always ready fast, warm and exactly how I ordered it. Go give them a try. ❤️
Diner Coffee House might be more appropriate.
First time there today, had biscuits and gravy with hash browns YUMMITY! Nice friendly service and atmosphere. I shall return❗

Great Breakfast! If you're ever in West Jefferson you've got to have breakfast at the Coffee House. A hidden gem off of Hwy 221 in front of Ingle's grocery store. I had a standard 2 egg breakfast with sausage, grits, and a buscuit (Also had a side of sausage gravy.) Everything was delicious. Prices were very reasonable and service was excellent.
We thought the food was great! There were five of us and we each had something different. The biscuit was light and fluffy and so were the pancakes and waffle. We were a little late for breakfast so they ran out of some utensils but managed with disposable. Servers and cooks were pleasant and friendly. This was our first time here and we’re moving nearby so I see us visiting here again!!
Called to order takeout and repeatedly called till someone answered. Finally someone answered the phone and told me to hold for a minute as I am still on hold for 25 minutes. I can hear them talking about how they hate their jobs and want to walk out. We went down there still on hold and she told us that other people were in front of us after an hour of being on hold with several tables still open. And told us to have a good day and walked away. Management seriously needs to look at who they hire this was ridiculous and I will tell everyone I know to not eat here.
Staff did a wonderful job eventhough they were so short staffed. Bacon was cooked perfectly. Every order in our group was correct, and that seldom happens.
The hamburger I had was fantastic. And the service was amazing. I was basically visiting you doing some business and needed a quick bite to eat. They could not have been any friendlier or kinder. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Bless them
Place has came a long way over the past few years. Good food, good prices with great service.
Not really quality food. Even the hash browns weren't warm when the plate came out.

Changed menu and overpriced for selection. Service was a bit cold.
Awful the cook lost our order ticket the floors are nasty the service is terrible. Please don't waste your money or time at this place
French toast amazing. Overall good food. I would come again. Great and prompt service from waitress staff.
