Great little coffee shop! The service was very fast and very friendly - patient as we decided what to order. The pastries are excellent - not too sweet but full of flavor. We tried the croissants, lemon muffins, and a cheese Danish. The breakfast sandwich is good, but we recommend the breakfast bagel. The everything bagel is wonderful! And they have a huge selection of non-coffee breakfast beverages. The chai latte is fantastic - get it with vanilla. And the mocha is good too. They have limited seating inside, but the covered outdoor seating is comfortable.

Cute place with good food! I was in Weaverville with my son in the morning after an appointment and we stopped here for a bite to eat. We got breakfast food and it came with a salad which was so tasty. We both enjoyed our meals and will be back!

Our first time for breakfast at Yellow Mug. Delicious muffin, yummy smoothie. My husband’s breakfast was well prepared, served hot. Fast service, clean restaurant, and supporting local small business. Yes, we will return. Thanks y’all!😃☕️💛

I’ve worked in coffee for a couple of years and I was thoroughly impressed with both the quality of service and coffee that my husband and I received. Highly recommend their food, smoothies, and coffee! So good!

Great food and great service! This is the place to do if you want something a little different! My wife and I ate breakfast here this morning and always looking for things that are unique. Absolutely found it here! I got the Barbarcoa and Brussels hash. Unlike anything I’ve ever ate before and it was amazing. Can’t even describe it. My wife got the Bacon egg and cheese bagel. Also great. Highly recommend!

The coffee shop is where the community meets. Where friends gather, people work, artists come to draw, and kids come after school. The list goes on. The Yellow Mug exemplifies the greatest qualities of a coffee shop that no Corporate or corporate minded coffee shop can because they are designed to be robots and the humanity is stripped out. The staff at the Yellow Mug are jovial and playful they seem to enjoy each others company and it creates a REALLY positive atmosphere, and at the same time I have never seen them lose attention to their customers. They offer free refills and have always been happy making substitutions on my food orders with no extra cost. Because of that I will always go to The Yellow Mug everytime I am in town and I recommend The Yellow Mug to anyone who asks for a goof coffee shop. It feels good going there and I am always full and caffinated leaving. 🤙🏻

Food was ok but serving beer might attract an unattractive crowd. I was sitting outside with my kids and we had to throw our food out and leave to getaway from the two guys with their dogs. Got tired of hearing the fword every other word.

Without doubt my favorite place in Weaverville. Even if you didn't go for the food or the coffee (which are both excellent), the people are worth the stop every day. And if you haven't tried their brunch... CLEAR YOUR CALENDAR and go Saturday or Sunday!! You won't be disappointed. Y'all... those shrimp and grits... 🤤 but most of all...I love my Muggles ❤️

Great coffee, breakfast food and smoothies. It can get quite busy on Fridays and weekends but worth the wait

We love our hometown Yellow Mug!!! My son was home from college stopped in for coffee and a chocolate scone. Both were yummy!! Great to see how your business has flourished!! Wonderful place to drop in and hang out or grab a cup to go. Staff are great, friendly, helpful and professional!! Sorry no pics of the items, we just dove in and munched!! Wishing you continued success!! Thanks for being a wonderful friend in our hometown ❤️

THE spot in Weaverville for coffee/tea and brunch or lunch. Very cute. Easy to sit here and work or just enjoy the cafe for hours, and can walk a couple blocks to the downtown park or shops.

my friend and I went here recently and it was amazing! it’s decently pricey, though—both of us got a latte and french toast and it came out to be almost $40 with the tip. it was really busy and hard to find a table, but I’d say it was worth it.

It doesn't matter how good the food is if the atmosphere is ruined by one song on repeat. I mentioned the music to an employee when it started the 4th time, and got "we like [artist]". Well then how about playing the rest of the album or some variety? The song had started for the 8th time when we left, and I'm not planning on returning. Incident in question is 3/24/23 from 1230-130.

Fantastic! We went while they were doing a St. Patrick's day themed brunch and were not disappointed. It's amazing how much they are able to get done in such a small space. That being said, they seem to be very popular, so it can get a little cramped and tables will most likely be on a first come first served basis.

some stickers. The service was fast and the barista was friendly and very knowledgeable to answer the questions we had regarding all the drink menus and gave good suggestions. The ambience of the place was quite and the inside was clean and has yellow bright wall. Typical local coffee shop.
