Loved this place. Super convenient and the lady there was really nice and helpful. Also, many sugar free flavors.
Disappointed this morning. I ordered hot chai tea and got lukewarm tea with 2 inches of foam.
We got the wake the dead frappe and it was absolutely amazing and delicious!

Ya'll, this little gem in Washington is a go-to for us now every time we are in town! Such good coffee, amazing staff! Their unique menu is fantastic, and I only wish I could stop by every day!!
I read the great review. We're coffee snobs and so far, nothing in the area has lived up to the great reviews. Well, I'm happy to say this place is very good. We both got Hawaiian Sea Salt lattes and they were excellent. It was a bit sweeter than I'd like, but there was enough espresso added so that the coffee wasn't overpowered by added flavors. Husband said this was the 2nd best coffee he's ever add (his favorite is in San Francisco), so that says a lot. Service was great and friendly. It is very pricey though. $16 for 2 lattes with coconutmilk and a flavor shot. I expected that going in thanks to previous reviews. Good to splurge on during vacation, couldn't do that if I lived here, although a lot of locals stopped to get coffee.
I have been going here for a long time, practically everyday. This is my favorite coffee spot. I have tried many coffee places when I travel and not one has compared to PP Coffee. The customer service is great and the coffee is amazing! I wouldn’t recommend it, if I didn’t truly mean it.
Perfect perks is my daily sometimes multiple times a day coffee stop everyone is always kind, fast and friendly! If you want a good coffee or pick me up stop buy and I guarantee you the girls can make it !

The best coffee in town! I love how there are so many sugar free/low carb options. Also, plenty of other drink options such as flavored lemonades with popping boba!

Woah! Honestly, I wasn't expecting this place to be as good as it was but oh boy was I surprised. I told the barista to create me a drink and it was incredible.
Love this place they make lip smacking coffee beverages and they always got a smile and service is amazing and fast really fast good place to get ir day started and shoot they even have snakes and muffins
